Not at all a good experience
The lady in customer service had given me a quote but the movers increased the price because they had to wrap all of the things up. They were bluntly asking about the tip. I felt that was kind of unprofessional.

A great moving experience overall
There were many great things about this moving company, and I could list them all day, but a few of them were that they arrived on time and were very prompt. Also they tried their best and were determined to get from point A to point B. They were a very professional staff and crew and it was a good overall experience. Also, the prices were some of the cheapest I had seen.
