SCAM!!!!

The salesperson "Stephanie" or "Carmen" or "Cindy" told me very sweetly that the price would be only $500 including travel. Well the day of the move, the driver Jonny gave me all these papers to sign and said it was probably going to be more since I "had so much". I provided a full detailed inventory, so how could this be? Imagine my surprise when they told me at my new house the total would be $1250! He said if I didn't pay they would lock everything up and charge more each day they had my things. A horrible experience I wish on no one, stay away! Read more

Last week I called USB Movers to schedule a move from DC to Springfield and I was estimated to pay $2,275 after providing my inventory list and by the end of the move I ended up paying $2000 even. I was so impressed that I had to come back to the site and write a review. The movers got to my location at 7 a.m. and finish the move by 8 p.m. The guys were very professional and aside from taking a half an hour lunch break, they worked from morning nonstop to the end. I had already packed the small stuff myself so that saved me a couple hundred dollars and only asked to have my expensive furniture protected. They helped me with disassembling and reassembling my beds and a few other furniture. I'm very pleased with how professional these guys were and would highly recommend them friends and family. Scammers!

I don't know what was worse - that the movers damaged my bed and a put a huge whole in my mattress or that they tried to rip me off by doubling my quoted price. The owner "Yosi" or "Joseph" or "Dorn" (he kept changing his name every time I called) told me to stop being cheap because he has to eat. Well luckily my credit card company sided with me and returned my money. I would recommend no one ever use this sham of a company. Read more
