Good but a couple of issues

They were professional but took longer ...

They were professional. I was told they were going to do it in one day but it ended up being two days I guess longer than expected. I guess what they should've done was a walk-though to the house because I had to actually give some things away because not everything could fit in the big moving truck. I know they did the best they could. But it took them all day to load and they had to leave the truck with my things overnight at the office and then come back the next morning and of course it took them all day to unload I mean I can understand that It would have just been nice to kind of know in advance. The best thing about them is that they were able to do it immediately. They ended up coming out the same day. There were some issues, but their staff was really nice. They were professional, they were great. Read more

The experience was okay, but they ...

It was okay. I guess I didn't follow through because they broke a clock of mine and I just didn't follow through to get the email address to report it. I called the company and I told them and they were supposed to send me the email address and that just didn't happen so. Other than that it was okay. I guess it would've been a better experience if they hadn't broken my clock. Read more

First time moving/using a moving ...

This was the first time I had used a moving company for any move, so I was a little skeptical. But I'm glad I did, they did a great job of packaging my stuff so that it wouldn't be damaged and they seemed to go above and beyond to make sure nothing inside of my old place (or new) was damaged. The crew was on time, did everything as I was informed they would and had zero problems. I would highly recommend this company. Read more

Took care of everything with no damage.

It was a big truck, new, good size truck. Two people. They had blankets and pretty much protected the furniture very well. Good pricing, low pricing. The crew behavior could be improved. Read more

They did a good job.

They were moving during a rain event, so they had to complete it in two days and not one. But they did stop the lock during the rain event so I didn't get charged for extra time. There was minimal damage done to the furniture, nothing worth filing a claim for. The second crew that came on the second day, they knocked it out pretty fast, I don't think they had any rain that day. So it was very smooth--the second day was pretty smooth compared to the first day. Read more

Great moving experience

It was a great moving experience...me not having to worry about the loading, the whole coordination, the information..I've moved several times and this is probably the least stressed one I had. Obviously there's always stress with moving, but the least amount was my belongings being packed properly and whatnot. Read more

They did not represent what their name ...

They had to postpone the date at the very last minute ... Some emergency came up with the family. ...So when they did arrive, it was a truck that looked like a secondhand truck. It had no identification ...The [movers] looked like day laborers. ...They weren't professional. ...They did not represent what their name implied at all. ...They present themselves well but when it comes to the actual process? Zero. ...They overcharge you. They're charging you an hourly rate. ...I'm not pleased with it at all. Read more
