Absolute Criminals

Rodger text me and asked me to cashapp him money for gas after being 4 hours late on the day of pick up. When they got here we discussed my load being a few (about 10 more boxes than estimated). He told me we would have to talk to the moving company that deployed him to my residence to see the price. Two hours in they doubled my price and told me that my contract (quoted 780 cubic ft) was incorrect and that I infact had 480 cubic feet.???? They demanded $2000 cSh,children, or money order on the spot and when I couldn't produce because my bank was closed they took off with my stuff. Never once did he present an ID to me and never once did he tell me the name of his company. I had to get a lawyer to ask the third party vendor. Horrible experience all of things are still missing and I have NO clue where they are. Rodger will not answer his phone calls or texts. Read more

Moving Nightmare

I had the worse experience possible with this company. Lots of my stuff are missing,such as: Laptop 6 burners stove Some tools Roger gave me a price of 65 dollars per hour. I end up being double charged. He changed the price to 1.350.00 saying that was good for both of us. He showed up with different people on a different days. Rook him 3 days to move my stuff. The delivery day was another bad and sad situation with him. He said that was going to charge me another 1350.00 dollars and if I did not pay he was not good to deliver my belongs. I had no other option but pay him what he asked,better saying demanded. I'm a disable woman,had become a widow months before the moving date,I head a open heart surgery,chronic pain and stress makes the pain worse. I tried to keep myself calm and let them finished. I signed the contract,somehow he took with him,I don't know how. And since then he stopped anwsering my calls . I'm very depressed about all this,my stove was a gift from my husband,same the laptop. They damaged 80 of my furniture. I don know what to do. Does anybody have a suggestion? Hope this review is helpful. Read more

Shady Operation

We scheduled a move with someone named Roger who claimed he was one of the owners. I offered them a credit card many times for a deposit. I was told no, they didn't need it several times. After 10pm at night the day before they were supposed to arrive, I get a text from Roger saying we need to send a Moneygram to his home address because "his boss" wants a deposit. Their credit card machine was down he stated. We are in the middle of Covid-19 and I have a mother I am moving with dementia, as well as, an elderly man who is at high risk. I told him we'd take out cash in the morning when they arrive. I get a text early the next morning stating this was fine. No one showed up. Then we heard they had 2 trucks out of service and would need to come the next day. They no showed again. I received another text hours after they were supposed to arrive demanding we send them $150 to moneygram or they won't show. These were orders from his "boss". Moneygram is very difficult to get a refund from if someone is doing something shady like making a cash grab. "Roger" is a fraud and this moving company needs to be stopped. Read more
