scammers
without a doubt, the worst experience we ever had is with WeWillTransport it and Art. Instead of 5 days, it took him almost 2 months to deliver. Once he picked up the cargo, he started to blackmail and demand more money. Many times threatened to steal our load. Art was claiming that we didn't pay him, whereas he got his payment on the same day once loaded. Avoid them by any costs - scammer company. We are now working on an official claim to FMCSA/DOT with all the evidences to get their license revoked.

It was Perfect!
Well they took my car from my home and delivered it to my school here. They gave me a student discount and it was around $875 and I was allowed to fill up around 120 lbs and everything was good!

Fast pickup--Fast delivery!!!
I needed my show car 1964 Cadillac coupe deville (my baby) moved from PA to NC and had NO CLUE who to use. I was worried seeing all the negative things I read about the "lowball" estimates. I don't mind paying a few more dollars for peace of mind, so I paid a little extra to entice the movers to take on the job. To my surprise the John called and said they could pick it up EARLIER than estimated. They emailed all the info that day and the company Global Transit Inc came and picked it up THAT EVENING. It was a 2 car enclosed mover which I was thankful to see. They called and said they would deliver it THE NEXT EVENING!!! They called and said they would be delayed by a few hours and gave me the option of a late evening or a delivery the next morning(always do the inspection in the daylight!!!). They were at my house exactly the time they said and, VOILA, my baby was here!! What a sight seeing her come off the truck SAFE AND SOUND!! we settled for the amount (no money up front as discussed) and put her right in the garage. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND FROM START TO FINISH!!! Thanks for a great job!!

Extortion, Plain and Simple
Hands down one of the worst, and most infuriating experiences of my life. This was my first time moving long distance, From PA to CA, and Angie made it sound painless. I signed a contract over a month before my move. I followed up a couple times and everything was great. 13 hours before I was supposed to leave they called and told me that no one was coming for my car. They made dozens of excuses why it wasn’t their fault, and they are still the good guys. If I wanted it picked up I would have to sign a new contract, pay an additional $500, and my car would arrive 2 days later. It would also have to be sent backwards across the state first and be transferred between two different companies. At this point it felt like extortion, but I had no choice but to accept the new terms. My car was picked up extremely late, but it was out of my hands at that point. I wrote an angry letter to the sales woman (Angie) I had dealt with, explaining my frustration and dissatisfaction with the situation and how I felt extorted. I got no response for days. Finally the CEO of the company called me back personally. Apparently he had felt threatened by me letter, so he felt it was necessary to reach out to and address me with hostility, threaten me with his lawyers, and threaten to withhold my car, drop it in storage, and never give it to me. It took me five minutes to calm him down and diffuse his aggression. He refused to honor the terms, or at least the cost outlined in my original contract and bombarded me with excuses why it was not their fault. By the time I hung up with whom I thought was the most unprofessional and unreasonable executive in the country I was enraged, and there was nothing I could do for fear of my car being stolen by his company. When my car finally arrived it was a week and a half later than the original date I was given, and I swore I would do everything in my power to make sure no one else gets robbed by them again.

It went smooth
He called and said that he couldn't make it that time so he came I think Sunday instead of Friday. He was good, my son was there and helped him cause the car was totaled and it was hard getting it on the bed but once they got it I guess it went smooth.

Fraud/ Scam
On January 13, 2014 we paid a down payment to We Will Transport It to move my recently deceased father-in-law's motorcycle from Reno, NV to Indianapolis, IN. We scheduled the move with John for 1/17/14 and was told to call the carrier an hour before we wanted to meet in Reno. On 1/17/14 we contacted the carrier to find the location he would like to meet. He responded that he was unable to pick up the motorcycle until the evening of the 19th or the morning of the 20th. We explained this would not work due to us leaving on the morning of the 19th as we had already told John when he scheduled the appointment. The carrier never came to pick up our vehicle and we spent hours trying to find another company who would transport the vehicle for us. When we did it cost $1200.00, which was $300.00 more than we were to pay We Will Transport It. On 1/20/14 I contacted John and said it was out of his hands and I needed to speak with Mike from accounting. I spoke with Mike who stated there would have to be an investigation done prior to a refund for services not rendered. I was told the investigation would take 3-5 business days. I contacted Mike again on 1/27/14 and he explained that the owner was on a business trip in the Keys and would not be back until 1/29/14 and I needed to wait to see what he said. I called on 1/29/14 and asked Mike if he had spoken to the owner. He said he had and the owner would not refund any money because the driver stated he did arrive and we told him that we found a transportation company for less money, which we can prove is not the case. I stated I felt like they had stolen money from me and thought I should seek legal help with the matter. I was then threatened by Mike so I asked to speak with his boss. He stated his boss was God and would not speak to a person like myself. I ended the conversation at that time. That evening my wife, Jennifer, called and spoke to the same Mike with the company. He instantly became defensive and was very rude to her on the phone. He then offered to return $225.00, half of our money if we signed a statement saying we wouldn't sue them. We wouldn't sign this but wanted to see what they put in the statement Mike said he would e-mail to us the following morning. Nothing was e-mailed so I called back the afternoon of 1/30/14 to see where it was. Mike said his wife was the prosecutor for Broward Co., FL and she had to review the document so he would have it to us the evening of 1/30/14. I stated that I had spoken with an attorney and was waiting to see what they were doing before I took further action. Mike then threatened to keep all of my money said there was nothing I could do about it since his wife was the prosecutor. I contacted the prosecutor's office in Broward Co. and they claim his wife is not affiliated with them at all. I was able to finally contact the owner William Meyer who had even worse customer service tactics. He threated to sue me but was unable to say for what. He refunded

Expeditiously done
Good move. Very cooperative, very expeditious. They were really willing to meet my timeline. I talked with the driver, the driver apparently did not know very good English. So it was kind of hard to communicate with him. Pricing was fair. The only problem that I had was they quoted me for $1,275 and I ended up having to pay $1,375. I believe that occurred because somewhere along the line, they forgot to submit the request on time. For future customers, I can say that just make sure once you talk to the bookie, to follow-up on him. I made my booking two weeks in advance and I didn't follow up and then he called me about two days before the shipping to verify that I haven't used them. And I have done all the paperwork that they requested for the bookie. Then the next day, I booked everything through the internet. Apparently he didn't run the paperwork so...I think that is where the pricing went up because of the reason I didn't book on-time.

Flexible service and good pricing
I never thought transporting my vehicle would be such an easy task. The pickup and delivery of my car was done on time. No damages were found on my car. The best part of their service is flexibility - I had to change the pickup date in the last minute and they obliged to it. The pricing is also lower than other companies that I have found on the net. I would use them again and refer them to my friends and family.

Moving services were sufficient
I had a good experience with my recent move using We Will Transport It Corp. The pricing was alright, although I had to pay a little bit more than I expected once my belongings arrived. Also, the delivery was not on time, but I did end up receiving everything. The staff was also serviceable.
