Would Not Use!

We used Westheimer Transfer and Storage for our move to Melbourne, Australia and again to Oklahoma City, OK when our international assignment with my husband's company was complete. Upon returning to the States, Westheimer shipped our items that we had stored with them while abroad to Oklahoma City, OK. Once delivered, we realized that our china cabinet had been damaged during the process of either packing and moving for storage, during storage, or while delivering to our new home. We spoke with Westheimer's representative, Shirley Papich, only to be met with hostility and anger. My husband and I were hung up on several times and were even called "liars" when trying to submit our claim for the damage. We eventually did receive a payment to fix the cabinet but this was not without disrespect, frustration, hassle, and more time than we should have had to spend. I will not use and would not recommend this company again because of the disrespect we received. Read more
