We moved a large household across country, and we paid for packing. The packers did an extraordinary job: Not a single item (not even the really fragile items) broke or was damaged in any way. missing boxes

Unfortunately it was too late before I discovered that there were missing boxes.These boxes were packed by me and had been from previous moves.My possessions were in storage for 6 months due to a housing delay. The movers did not call out the numbers from the boxes like I was used to so that I could check them off the inventory sheet.This is what previous moving companies did in the past. Some boxes were missing stickers.These items were for cold weather and this was my first Fall in this home.That's how I discovered I was missing boxes. I was told that all my belongings were in the same storage unit. I could only come to one conclusion, that being the items were stolen. I would definitely not recommend this company after this move. A glass table top was loosely packed and was shattered.I did get money to replace it but it took a while and did not receive compensation for loss of use.I was heavily insured against loss and damage.Unfortunately the loss wasn't discovered within their 90 day window.
