Better to sell and buy new.

The move was supposed to take a week. So I took a week and drove up the coast. I asked for the items to be delivered on a date. But when I called they said that they don’t start moving the truck until you initial date of delivery. Then many of my items had been damaged. The claims process is a joke and they make it so difficult to do. The limit is 10mb for the whole claim packet,that they ask for pictures,and all the moving documents. Then they say you can mail it to Florida if you have trouble with the website. Which their website looks like it’s going to steal your info. Multiple links and click bait stuff. Wish I had sold almost everything. I could have bought new/used when I got here. Or had someone load the truck and driven it myself. Lesson learned. Even their review process is sketchy,they record your I.P. Address and request your moving documents?? Let’s see if this actually gets posted. Read more
