Unethical and horrible
These people moved my parents from Ohio to Las Vegas. My parents are elderly, and they quoted them a very high price to begin with. But when the delivery came, they refused my father's check that he had in hand, demanding cash or a money order. As they had just moved, they had not established a local bank account and did not have access to cash. They proceeded to take their personal belongings away, and then demanded an additional $1800 for delivery the following day when I could get them the cash they needed (the banks were closed because they delivered at 4pm instead of the previous Saturday (Shipment came in 4 days later than they had told them). They basically held my parents' personal belongings hostage. The delivery driver then bragged about how the owner just purchased 6 new trucks at $100,000 EACH, all the while stealing and embezzling money from my elderly parents. HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE!
