It was a very good experience with communications from the initial person who made the conference over the phone and then we followed through with the internet and email. The information was okay. There was some confusion because there was a situation on the weight of the packing. That was never clarified . Overall it went okay. We had a situation where the delivery date was supposed to be the 19th of April and somehow they put it on the 18th. So I had to stop the refurbishing of the building so the movers could put the merchandise in. Then there was a discussion where the construction people had to pay them for moving out to make room for the movers so the company gave me a refund for half. Which was $75, I paid $150. Lack of communication issue, but it ...

My move was literally just a few furniture pieces from northern California to southern California and when they scheduled the pick up they were very professional, the movers came in very professional very timely. The issue I ran into was when it came time to receive the furniture there was a lack of communication and I found that very frustrating. The sales agent got on the phone and apologized for the confusion, and other than that it was a positive experience other than it fell through the cracks and someone forgot to tell me when to expect my items. It was okay. There were a few issues but nothing major. I would make sure to get a hard quote of what they're gonna do and what it's gonna cost. I read some Yelp information about the company after we already hired them and the people were right, They come in at one price and then when they're done it's a lot more. A little disappointed in that but it was still a lot less than major moving companies that are out there. Although they were 12 hours late and charged twice as much. Read more

Ended up paying double, but the ...

They were great, I was charged twice as much as I was quoted. I called them and let them know that I didn't understand why they lead to me to think it was going to be one price and then it was almost twice as much and it had to be cash on hand, so I was a little distraught by that, but I got over it. They showed up, they wrapped up the large furniture, they loaded up everything, they brought it to my house, they put it where I told them to put it. We were very happy we hired movers.
