WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I had paid full insurance on my move, $ 450 that would cover any damage to my belongings. so during unloading one of the moves broke my TV stand, and i filed claim thru their process, and Tracey ( Owner) takes care of claims and she is the only one who does that, unfortunatley she is the owner too. Her support staff is bunch of unprofessional as well. everytime I call , "She is not in, I will have her call you", that is all i get. I got hold on co-owner Rick, and he is as good as others . They never followed up with BBB, I filed complaint and they never called them either. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.....

I would personally like to thank you for employing such a great, professional, humble, polite, and patient employees, starting with Tracey and Christy. However, the most deserving accolades must be given to Don Rucker, and Nathan Jones who were responsible for the complete process. These guys are to be commented for making this emotional change of residence (30 years) a smooth, and joyous transition. Both Don and Nathan were a blessing to have as part of my team during this emotional journey. They treated me with respect and as if I were their mom. I applaud you for hiring such sensitive intelligent, and responsible young men. Having the responsible of moving my 3058 sq. ft. home from Atlanta, GA to Raleigh, NC, only 1 item was damaged.
