HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
I had 2 rooms to move and got a quote from them. The day of the move they showed up at 9:30 am and it took them until 3:00pm to load and unload 2 rooms. They scraped my walls and knocked a semi-hole in the wall by my front door. My solid wood bedroom set was imported and very expensive. They knocked HUGE holes in the back of my chest of drawers. My mirror to my Dresser has deep scratches. My 75" LG Smart TV has a HUGE indention in the back where they knocked it up against something. I have requested for their insurance forms multiple times and they do not respond at all. I called and spoke with John (Assuming Owner) and he told me to get paint and he would paint my wall. lol that isn't fixing everything. The guys were constantly on their phones. Just a HORRIBLE moving experience and would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

Poor treatment
Their employees quit all the time because John, the owner, doesn't pay them. They owe my husband over 700$ and told him to "come into work or lose my number" after refusing to pay him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

All I can say is Yes! Yes! Yes!
All I can say about my experience with this company is Yes! From the moment I was scheduling my move with Justin to the moment Eduardo and his crew arrived to my house (On time of course) I could not of been more pleased. My move was done under the amount of time that was originally discussed and that was all thanks to the fantastic crew and their hard efforts! I have had horrible experiences with moving companies in the past and have never felt so inclined to leave a review. This experience has changed my outlook on this industry completely and if you find yourself moving in the Houston area make sure you say yes to Yes!

HORRIBLE
experience with Yes Moving resulted into a never again experience! Never will I refer them, never will I allow the company I work for refer them as part of our relocation plan...just a lot of NEVERS! And not because of all the things that went wrong during my move, but because of one very rude and unprofessional employee by the name of John. Apparently the financial manager. Not because the movers arrived over an hour later then scheduled, not because 5 minutes after arrival 1 guy quits,not because for over 2 hours I had 1 guy moving me, not because they got lost going to my drop off location and when they did arrive they delayed unloading because they didn't have updated payment instructions, which by the way I had to call and request they call them, and not because during all of the delays I'm now late for work! ( things happen) SOLELY because of John. Because after I was completely nice and understanding of things happening John calls me at 8am with an attitude about my payment ( which I was never told final cost due to all the problems). I was quoted a price that included 2 guys and truck at a per hour rate. Perfect!! But because things didn't go as plan on YES moving end John wanted me to pay above and beyond the price quoted based on time! HA HA! And wanted to then talk to me as if he was doing me a favor by only charging me the price I was quoted????? He was rude and very unprofessional! As a customer none of the things that happened were my fault and as a business you should NEVER allow your team to treat your customers as if they are to blame! So yes I will be putting YES Moving on blast on any and EVERY platform available ( and there are many) all because of John! So if you are considering Yes Moving DON'T DON'T DON'T
