Another Oustanding Review for Service
Once again, I must post another glowing review for the crew from Hometown Movers who helped me with a second move. The crew, led by Martin (who also supported my first move experience w/company) were great overall. Their service and expertise/knowledge level, timeliness, communication, and cooperation were superb- as my first experience. As the first move, when there was some difficulty with the size of refrigerator and my kitchen doorway, I never feared, as I knew they would work through it and have success! While most companies will charge you per item, per hour, per number of movers, etc., Hometown gives you full the alloted time to utilize their services/crew for the entire 4-hr window, even if initial move is complete. I was able to have things moved/stored in 3-4 hours that would taken 3-4 individual moves and 3-4 days. Their outstanding service levels removes the stress of any move whether moving within residence or to another location. To say "you get what you pay for" is an understatement. It is no wonder the company is ranked #1 for Hudson Valley Movers, as I ranked them #1 after my first experience. Your hometown movers did the best move ...
Two years ago we moved into a nice home in Poughkeepsie. We were charged a price frim a local well known van line that broke the bank. They did an ok job at best at Trump prices... We hired Your hometown mover to move the same amount of items than the last mover but we paid 75% less than the price i paid the other company 2 years ago and this mover did a better job by far... Excellent local move
worth every penny. the crew (3) worked hard for 8 hours straight for our move out of NYC. they even moved our piano. nothing broken. everything arrived. we could relax and unpack after moving day - we weren't exhausted from the haul. it would have taken us a week to do what these guys did in a day.jake was very friendly and available and the crew was very polite and hardworking. I dont know what more you could ask for in movers.
