Mediocre moving experience

My move was okay, it could have been better, one of my night tables ended up missing , and tried following up with them to get that retrieved and see if it was left on the truck but we never came to a resolution as far as that specific night table, so I ended up having completely new one. I definitely not satisfied on that aspect of my experience with them. I mean it was moderately reasonable, it could have been a little more feasible given the time frame and communication. Other than one that it is missing still to this day, the rest of them were fine.
