They really sucked!!

They knew beforehand we had a piano and were unable to get it to the living room. They did not know how to get the couch up to the living room. Very disappointed. They marked up three walls. Very disappointed. I have called them 3 times a week for 2 weeks, each time saying they will call me later today. I have never gotten a call back.

They damaged a lot of our items.

We had damaged items, scratched items, dented items, a ripped couch. We had a missing weed-wacker, that was brand new. Damaged BBQ. There was damage on the walls. Because they packed and loaded things they tried charging me more money. I said I wasn't paying more money because their lack of packing things correctly. So when they packed it all, they didn't protect all of our property correctly. We have broken things that are irreplaceable.

I just completed my move with ATeam Moving. I moved my 2 bedroom apartment from Addison, Tx to New Jersey. I spent a lot of time preparing for my move, from packing, downsizing

The crew was great!

They were professional, packed everything very nicely. The crew was great and their pricing was very reasonable.

I give them a negative ten out of ten

When they came to my apartment to pack up my stuff and transport it, it was good but I had lots of problems with them during the delivery process. I paid $2,000 extra to have guaranteed delivery service and they were late by three days. They wouldn't refund any of the excessive cost I incurred. They did not keep me in the loop in terms of what is happening with my delivery. I consistently made repeated phone calls to them, often 16 phone calls a day, trying to understand what was going on. Follow-up was pathetic, execution was pathetic. The delivery team--one of the guys from the delivery team was just downright hostile. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone again.
