Under-quoted and broken
We were quoted $99/hour by this company and then after our minimal moving was complete, the price had mysteriously raised to $110/hour and they took an hour longer than quoted. Additionally, a piece of furniture was broken and we have been trying for over 2 weeks to get the owner to come look at the damage and he keeps telling us he is busy, but will come tomorrow. At times he even avoids answering his phone. We have to call from different phone numbers in order to get an answer.
