I am in the military and have moved multiple times due to orders. This company is by far the worst moving company that has ever touched my goods. I am a very understandable person so I know that during the course of a move there may be a few items that may get damage during transit, I get this however, big ticket items like furniture i.e., dining table set, bedroom furniture and TV's you would think would demand extra attention by the packers. Well unfortunately for me those items arrived to my location in bad shape. I mean broken into pieces. Upon filing my claim for those items AAA Southern Forwarding hired an adjustor in the area where I now reside to look at the items. I have no problem with that as I probably would have done the same thing also. Anyways after the adjustor carefully reviewed the items he informed me that everything I reported as damaged are so badly damaged that he will recommend everything to be replaced as nothing can be repaired or restored to its original condition. Almost 60 days after the claim has been submitted I finally heard back from AAA Southern Forwarding with an offer that does not even cover the cost of my dining table much less my daughter's bedroom furniture nor the TV. The military pays top dollar to these companies for moving our household goods from one location to another and it is very sad and unfortunate that when a claim is filed to replace damaged goods companies like AAA Southern Forwarding refuses to pay full price to replace those items. I am not happy at all with the services that AAA Southern Forwarding has provided. Read more
