Sad I'm doing you a favor since you need to move in 3 days. Movers didn't bring wardrobe boxes nor Allen wrench. Owner PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES. You buy the Allen wrench I'll pay you back. Movers showed up with a UHaul. Only work when owner calls. Couldn't figure out why his office no phone. Only cell phone. Once when I called the woman said I had a wrong # but that was the #. $850 I did all the packing. Moved down 2 blocks. I later found out many people had same horrible experience with this man. After settling in I contacted other company's. This owner charged me on average $300 more since I did the packing

RELOCATION

AARON LEE MOVING AND STORAGE I used this company for a local move. I am retired Navy and have been moved many times. This company was by far the WORST SO CALLED MOVER I have ever used. The owner of the company has a great BS story of what he will do but he can not be trusted. His movers are just kids off the street with no experience by their own omission. His so called “A” rating with the BBB is false. He has no rating with the BBB because of unresolved claims. Don’t bother filing a damage claim against him he will just keep putting you off until you give up. He will give you a high estimate for the move and then offer to reduce the cost to give you a break. If you read a good review about this company don’t forget anyone can write a review including the company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED MOVING COMPANY.

I had to supervise them. They left a ...

At first, I thought they would be a good mix. The price was right. The price was fair, I thought. On the day they came to move me, it took them a little while to get organized but that was okay. But I had to do a lot of supervision. The owner did not come to supervise. He took the order. When it was all said and done, he came to collect the check. He wanted cash. There were some things I wanted to leave because I wanted to downsize. And there were things I wanted to take. Long story short, they left a lot of things that they should have taken that I asked them to take. Small stuff but it was apparent. I was moving from place to place and I realized that I did not give them enough supervision. I shouldn't have to supervise them. They should know exactly what to take and where to put it. They didn't know that.

They were absolutely worthless.

They came out with two guys for a big job and couldn't handle the furniture and broke some of my furniture and then drove off without compensating me ... And never picked up my calls after that.

I wouldn't recommend them.

They were pretty prompt. They almost doubled the price on me after they started the move ... Everything else was pretty much as expected. ...As far as time ... and delivery, some of the people that showed up and worked were not terribly professional. ...I wouldn't recommend them.

It went smoothly.

Everything went smoothly and everything that they said they did they did well. No damage.

Worst move we've had.

They underquoted. Then they damaged my fan, my wall, my furniture. Then when I told the owner that I was dissatisfied, he yelled at me. I'm a military spouse and that's the worst move we've ever had.

Helpful and professional.

It was fine. The guys were helpful and professional. .... I'm happy.

I highly recommend them!

They were fantastic! The pricing was good, the move was good. The two individuals they sent over were extremely good! They were very careful with my furniture. Excellent people. The owner of the company came to my house to inspect the home and see what was going to be moved. The whole transaction was perfect, I highly recommend them!

The movers and driver were good, but I ...

For lack of a better word, it was extremely rough. We had five guys move a five bedroom house with a small truck. We made three trips and I had to put gas in their truck because they didn't have any money. It was pretty bad. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Never showed up

Scheduled for 2:00pm - 2:30pm. Rescheduled by the owner to 5:00pm. Rescheduled by the owner again for 8:00pm. Rescheduled again by the owner for 5:00am. He turns off his phone after I call letting him know no one has arrived at 5:00am. Red flags: 1. Asks for payment in cash 2. His cell phone is the main contact 3. Multiple lies on status of workers Do not use.
