Worst Moving Company in Anchorage

I cannot express enough how awful this company is. The damaged my entertainment center,lost brackets to my bookshelf,moved slower than molasses and charged me double what they quoted. The movers they sent were not professional,were out of shape,and the owner was very rude to me. I would highly recommend getting a professional quote from a professional moving company and this one is not it.

The experience was very wonderful

They were very professional. They were very courteous. The head gentleman come out with two of his employees. They made sure to either - one put booties on and the other took his shoes off -that was going to be in here to assemble the loveseat. Like I said, they were very courteous, they were every careful on what they did. They were just - the experience was very wonderful. That's the only way I can explain it.

Really dissatisfied with the service

It started out to be a pretty good experience. They were efficient and moved my things very well. They started the clock before they came to my house and they told me that they were on the clock for the amount of time it took them to get back to Anchorage from Wasilla. They could have stopped for lunch. If I didn't put my foot down, I would have ended up paying $300 for a two-hour job. That's a bit ridiculous.
