The movers did their job quickly and professionally, always with a great attitude. Everything went smoothly. All my items arrived without any damage. Most of my furniture is pretty expensive but fortunately they did a great job protecting it with wrapping blankets. Affordable and Assertive Moving’s work is flawless.

The sales representative was incredible at working our reservation out and planning all the details. Movers were efficient and friendly and more than helpful, I felt pretty comfortable leaving my stuff in these guys hands, nothing was broken and they finished in pretty short time. Our moving consultant was honest and nice to us during the whole move. They were very clear that small moves delivery takes 2 to 3 days. The truck arrived as expected. The driver made sure that the items were in good shape. The cost was only 50 dollars above the quote, which is fair according to their great job. My moving consultant was helpful from the very first call. The day of the move a professional crew came over. Movers were polite and hardworking guys. I was told it could be a 6 hour move but it was done in just about 4 hours. Nothing got lost or damaged. I would hire Affordable and Assertive again.

Responsible Company

I liked their honesty and professionalism. My old dining table got damaged during the move, I noticed it was damaged when unloading it, so I told Rob my customer service agent and he agreed to repair it since movers were responsible for that. They took the table to fix it and then returned it as promised. I really appreciated Affordable’s honesty and compliance.

This was a great deal for me. Their service was fast and effective, they even made the loading and unloading in less time than expected. What a nice job they did on my move. All the staff was kind to me and made my life easier. Their availability was 24/7, they provided status without having to ask for it. I would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

They worked around the clock

Although I only had a 3 hr window due to an elevator restriction I let the crew know and they worked nonstop until they got everything loaded in roughly 2 hours. Delivery took place according to schedule too. What a nice service.

The best moving company

They did the impossible to accommodate my move for next day pickup. Also they treated us patiently and respectfully. They showed up 15 mins after promised hour, but it was no biggie compared to their great commitment. I was pleased that they took great care of all our things, they unloaded each piece exactly where we wanted, I barely lift a finger. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.

Wonderful experience

The loading team was smart and very easy to communicate with. It was raining on the move day but I was amazed on the movers instead of making excuses, they disassembled chairs, tables and beds quickly. Also the pieces were plastic-wrapped and loaded. My representative was very easy deal with too. This was the best service I’ve ever seen.
