They were pretty decent. I don't know if I would use them again. They gave me a good price but I have a few chips in the wall, scratches in a few places that I had to take care of. I think they underestimated how much stuff I had even though I sent pictures and stuff like that. I did the majority of my own packing so I had some heavy pieces of equipment. I couldn't even place my dinette set because it was too big. So I had to let it go.

It wasn't too good, the first estimate I got was not accurate and I was dealing with more than one person online. I guess the person that I had talked to gave me an incorrect estimate, I went with it and it turns out that he gave me wrong information which was way below what the billing rate was. Someone else had emailed me, I didn't know who this person was and they came back with a corrected estimate. The day of the move after I had confirmed everything was good to go at the original price nobody showed up to the house. I called the company to find out why his movers weren't there and he said it's because he failed to respond to an email. They were able to get people to me the following day but they were two hours late. One thing was dropped and broke and it was just a miserable experience. The moving guys were hard workers but they were too overworked and too tired and exhausted to do a professional job. I could see they were rushing trying to get it done. They just weren't able to take their time.

Affordably quick and efficient

I would really like to applaud the services of this company that has recently moved me. The movers were very fast and efficient and didn't waste any time on breaks. The most impressive thing I found was they were very protective of my furniture. Their pricing is fair and I paid the amount that was estimated prior to the move.
