Worse experience!!!!!! Quoted 2,500 day of move price went up to $5,000.00 with exactly the same item description on list given the day of quote. When asked about insurance Stephanie said it was 100% covered with no deductible never mentioned different insurance options. Our belongings lasted two weeks before it was delivered to us. Smashed boxes,numerous items damaged/broken. uncovered mattress. Fast forward to initiate a claim with the company,the most rude,unprofessional,unpleasant man calls named Charlie Peterson to divert customers from considering putting in a claim with his tone and excuses then goes on to say that I can only send 3 pics of damaged items as owner will not look at any more. I let a few weeks passed before submitting pics to now Charlie saying company is no longer in business and that all he can offer is $200 for damages worth at least $2k. I did some research and found out company switched their name since they were scamming people and had too many bad BBB reports. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Dishonest Scammers

Do not use this company, I wish I had seen this website before I choose to go with this company. The sales guy was very nice, he gave us a great deal. I walked through the house with him over facetime and he "Documented" all of the items to be shipped. a month later (3 days before the scheduled move) Rene the Logistics person and or scheduler called and needed a final list of items. I took the time to document everything in a spreadsheet, I gave her the detentions etc... She came back with more than double the cost for shipping. now it's the day before we have to move so we are over a barrel at this point in time. (basically bait and switch) Fast forward to delivery. We had our items stored for 2 months while we waited to close on our new house. Once we got a closing date I called nearly everyday to get an estimate, no answer, no returned calls, 7 text messages, countless voicemails no return call. Finally get a hold of someone who get's a hold of Rene and she has no information for me about when it will arrive. The says to me ONLY call her on Tuesdays or Thursdays because that is when she will have an update. I called on Tuesday and she didn't know yet. I called again on Thursday and no answer. Our stuff arrived on the following Tuesday, I had to hear this from the driver as they were about to pull into our house, if which was not ready to receive our items. They had to unload in the garage, now that we have unpacked nearly everything of importance that THEY PACKED themselves was broken, and or damaged. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to help me process a claim, I have asked several times to speak to a manager and he is conveniently always out of the office. John Zellers apparently never works? I will be posting these complaints to every single moving site, the BBB, to ensure that their reputation is destroyed. I really hope if anyone is considering using this company that you think twice. In addition to all of this, we decided to go with them because they were "not " a broker. Well let me tell you from first hand experience they are by all accounts a broker. You will never talk to anyone outside of sales or company letterhead that works for All American Vanlines LLC. (the .org) not the .net or .com. Nightmare with all American van lines

So I moved from Pennsylvania to Virginia and they broke many items including a 60 inch TV a vacuum that I can't replace, a shelf unit, and a lamp among many many other items. They left my couch standing straight up in the middle of my living room, they didn't even put the furniture in the correct rooms nor would they. It took me three weeks of putting boxes away and moving things around before I could fit the couch down in my living room. You use wardrobe boxes for the things that are Too nice to fold and put in a box so I had several of them, they were sealed Shut by the movers with boxes and small pieces of furniture on top of them and the clothes in a ball at the bottom of the Wardrobe boxes. They not only did so much damage to my belongings but they also we're trying to, from the moment they got there, trying to scam me into giving them $600 extra dollars. the driver of the truck was persistent in this and He put it in many different terms and harassed me about it including but not limited to asking me to tip each of them $200 and I was afraid to say no to them because they had all of my belongings at this point. Evan the sales agent that I wound up choosing this company with , he was going to be there every step of the way so he's said! on moving day I could not get in touch with him and for quite some time after this. when I did finally reach him, after several calls and asking over and over for a phone number to make a claim eventually got offered $200 for all of the damage that they did with an agreement to not go any further or say anything negative about the company. I refused to accept this as I would much prefer to tell everyone that I can about the experience that I had through these people. Hopefully I can save someone from going through any of this nightmare themselves. I suggest you keep looking for a moving company because if you choose All American Van Lines give will seriously regret it unfortunately.

DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a bunch of scam artists. I was quoted at $1800. On moving day it doubled to $3600. They low ball you with a great price and charge you for everything and anything on moving day. They even charged me for tape that they didn’t use and left in my old house. Mind you the bulk of our furniture was 2 beds so how we ended up paying almost 4K to go 800 miles is beyond me. The whole time speaking to them I was told 2-5 days, for my things to arrive at our destination. Even on moving day after they took all our things I was told 2-5 days. Here we are 10 days in and I still haven’t received my things. They hide things in their contract to cover their own ass but lie when speaking to customers, never mentioning things LIKE REAL ETA. I hope having people read this saves them money and the headache of dealing with these people. Company’s like this need to be regulated there’s no reason scam artists like this should be able to run a business robbing people of their hard earned money. Take your money and go buy yourself a trailer and save yourself the headache of dealing with people like this. They don’t care about anything other then stealing your money.

Mr. John walked me through and had me laughing the entire experience I am baffled by these reviews. I promised a good review if he and the crew kept their world and they certainly did. I have moved once every 3 years for decades and this was absolutely as promised. Nothing damaged and no run around is ever given during delivery time. Just honesty and it is hard to find.

Worst Company

After speaking with a sales representative I thought I had made the right choice. The representative Ethan was a smooth talker and made the company sound reliable and a top rate moving company. They were the worst experience anyone could imagine. We did our own packing with professional moving boxes from U-Haul, when they were delivered to the destination all the boxes were ripped, torn, and wet or damp. Many if not all of the boxes had been opened and items were moved from one box to another, I had all boxes labeled and most of them did not contain the items I put in those boxes but other of my items instead. When I inquired about this no one could give me an answer as to why these boxes were opened and gone through, and today after receiving the boxes we finally completed going through them and one complete box was missing containing clothes and all my jewelry was missing. If I were to estimate I would say all total the jewelry was in the $5,000, to 10,000. range. I would never recommend this company to anyone and am proceeding to file a complaint with the US Transportation Board. I feel that it was an invasion of my privacy having these boxes opened and gone through while in this company's possession. If a box was damaged then the company should have placed the damaged box in a larger box to accommodate it's size and not open the box and transfer items from one box to another.------------------------------+-----------------

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE The sales person sold me on me getting my belongings by 1/1. The guys came to pick up my belongings on 12/29 and said that the earliest I would be getting my things is 1/4. At this point it was too late for me to do anything as they had already packed my things in the truck. They also told me that my quote was based off of 500 Cubic feet and that I had 650 cubic feet. I asked to know the measurements of my things in the truck and they refused. I was told that they would be contacting me when they would deliver my things. I called everyday starting 1/4 when my things didn't show up. The dispatch person was horrible and said they didn't know where my things were and that I had to call the driver. Isn't that what the dispatch is supposed to do? So I called the driver everyday and it wasn't until 1/9 that I got a hold of someone and they said they would deliver my things 1/11. 1/11 comes and I call them again to see what time they would be here to deliver. The said between 4-6pm. They didn't show up until 6:30pm that night. I received a call from the driver when he got into the neighborhood and he said that the truck wouldn't fit down my street. I told him that was their problem considering they knew exactly where my address was ahead of time. They ended up being able to get the truck in front of my house but that was not until about 7pm. The driver was extremely rude to me and said he needed cash before they started to unload my belongings. I again asked to know what the dimensions of my belongs were in. He said he didn't know. So I stated I was not going to pay an additional $1,000 from the quote I was given if I did not have proof of my space used. Now let me back up and just mention the two guys delivering my things were in jeans and flip flops. They were extremely rude to me and threatened to take my belongs to storage if I didn't give them cash payment. I told them I wanted to speak with a manager, at which time they jumped back into the truck and tried to leave. Thankfully I had read reviews on the BBB website where others had a similar experience and the drivers did indeed drive off with their belongings. Being prepared they were unable to just leave without delivering my belongings. Joke was on them! They then made me go get cash to pay them. I paid them cash and then they started to unpack my things. I received my belongings damaged, broken, dirty and am missing 3 huge boxes. How can they charge me extra space when they can't prove that I used it and not to mention I'm missing 3 huge boxes? Not to mention that they wouldn't even put my mattress in the bedroom! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and due to this I will be taking legal action against this company. I've been emailing them trying to put a claim in for my missing things and no one has gotten back to me. These people need to be put out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company is a rip off

I booked my move about four weeks ahead of time. When I booked,Evan,the representative,asked me questions about what I had and specifically how much furniture,etc. I told him what I had and we booked,and I paid the deposit. The day of the move,they told me that it was going to cost me twice as much as the original quote because my furniture was too big and I had too many boxes. I ended up paying $400 over the original amount,but they only moved my furniture and about 20% of my boxes. The next day,I had to rent a U-Haul truck and move the rest of the boxes myself. The actual movers were professional and very careful with my items,but the people who run the company are the ones who try to screw you over. I would never use them again,and I would recommend to everybody I know to stay away from this company

Beware - do not use them

Do NOT under any circumstances use this company. They are scammers. I signed an agreement with All-American and another company picked up my stuff. When I originally signed up with them they said they had their own trucks and do not broker moves out to anyone which I trusted. After they picked up my stuff, communication was very, very poor when I asked for estimated delivery dates. On another note, they ONLY accept postal money orders or cash which I knew before hand. Then there were extra charges and I asked multiple times for the updated invoice and they wouldn't send it to me. I had to hire a second set of movers to pick up my stuff. Awful company, do not use them.

Wow

I've never had a experience with All American Van Lines LLC .This is the ultimate and amazing crew! Very efficient, conscious, and have skills to pack a truck like I have never seen! I highly recommend choosing this company
