Believe the Hype - All City Van Lines ...

I never knew how difficult and stressful moving could be until I had an emergency and had to quickly move out of my home. I have only had to move 2x in my lifetime and both moves were local in New York. However, this time around I had to move back home to Florida to take care of my parent who became very ill. I heard of All City Van Lines from word of mouth and I hired them on the spot. The best decision I have ever made. They were very professional, understanding and took there time with my during a trying time in my life. I am forever grateful to All City Van Lines and the entire staff. I will definitely use them again

Movers were okay, just some minor things were broken. It was nothing to write on about because of lot of things we have, they were pretty good. Definitely I am satisfied and I would recommend them because eventually my sister-in-law will be moving to Georgia and I will definitely would use them again. When I gave them what they gave me the estimate I had add on things, they were pretty reasonable, I find them to be good. They didn't say one thing and did another when it comes to that . Because the first company I had before, the first one gave me a price and then the price got doubled when they got to the house and so I had to call them, this was the emergency call I made at the last-minute to get these people. They have to make sure that they get the right company, when I would definitely recommend them to use anybody else because I find them to be that they were on-time and got everything on the truck in the good timing because we were pressed with the time to leave New York and everything worked out very well. There were some minor things because I understand it is very far, because my mom moved here years ago and she said most of her things were broken, everything were pretty much intact and just were couple of things, so that can be expected. Professional and prompt service

They were wonderful. They took their time. They wrapped everything nicely. There weren't very many problems. They got a couple of tear here and there on my furniture but they did it like professionals. It was great. They did a great job. I have nothing but base the price on because this is my first big move but I called couple of other companies and they seemed to be the most reasonable. In comparison to other companies I called, they were least expensive. As I said there were couple little nicks, but nothing terrible. My wall piece where my dvds are in, its burgundy. A couple of pieces got chipped of. It was kind of inevitable. It was such big move. It was fine. I wasn't dissatisfied with it. I don't think I have any advice for the customer service. They were pretty good. They pretty much got the job done. I think they were fine. For future customers I highly recommend them. Again they were very professional. They were very prompt. They did the absolute best that they could. They took thier time. They weren't late. They are highly recommended by me. Read more
