Beware

Its been 90 days and the owner has yet to return our items. Had to get the police involved and will be taking him to court. I paid for insurance and instead of him using the insurance he says he will fix it himself. He is very unprofessional yelling at my husband over the phone. We called to see how things were coming along and instead he became very defensive. We will call him or text him to set up a time and date and he says he will be coming over and never shows up. This has happened more than a handful times. it is getting very frustrating he does not keep his word. The movers are not professionally trained they do not know how to properly package or move furniture or other items especially when it comes to electronics and paintings. I have moved many time before and I know what professional mover's work looks like. I have grass stains on my mattress and other items they dragged along the ground. My furniture and washing machining are scuffed up just to mention a few. Also when they ate lunch at my house instead of picking up after themselves they left their mess behind with paper plates, napkins, pizza boxes and not to mention crumbs all over the counter. I called the day before I needed all of my belongings moved into my house from the storage unit after a long and tiresome move, and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Everything went exactly how it had been explained to me. They were on time, efficient, and very friendly. I thought I would be stressed out, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with moving needs.
