I was happy with them

They reached out to me and gave me a quote and they asked a couple of questions about the furniture I was moving. Which was good because they clarified the size and weight. They should up on time and moved everything, no scratches or anything and it was good, good communications and they met all the requirements. So I was happy with them.

On the move day I had a delay due to my closing taking longer than anticipated and they were able to wait and unload things in a timely manner. Their patience was very much appreciated.

They were great. They moved me out in less than two hours.

I was not really satisfied.

It was okay, but they were really, really slow. There were two guys and I only have a two bedroom apartment, two bathroom and it took them over six hours and everything was in one room. When they went from one location to another location they took a lunch that I had to pay for that I didn't know about. They quoted me $600 but they were going extra slow so my bill was $900. And they broke an antique mirror that was over 50 years old and they wanted to give me $6 for it. So no I was not really satisfied.

They broke some things and destroyed ...

When they moved us out of our old home, they damaged a wall, which we needed to repaint. Instead of using common sense about moving the couch from the downstairs, they were hasty. We told them it was a tight fit and they needed to remove the seat from the sofa, and then they didn't. So, they damaged a wall. So that was fine. I understand that accidents happen. We were really understanding of that. But the next day when they were moving stuff in our new home - we told them our home is off of a one-way street. And we have a tight turn into the driveway. The driveway itself is a big circle. So, we told them, it would be best if they backed up into our driveway off of the street. They said, "No, no, no. We can do it this way." So, they ended up in our driveway at a really weird angle. So whatever, they moved all of our stuff in. They seemed in a haste. They damaged a table. But whatever, I know it's a hard job. We were willing to be "Okay, that's fine." We tipped them a very nice amount. When they left, they got stuck in our lawn. They backed out, they sunk because it had rained. They sunk into our lawn. The angle they were in when they were gunning it. I was so afraid they were going to come barreling in our house. They were stuck in our driveway for three hours. They finally had to call a tow truck and get somebody out. I was willing to understand all of that. The most frustrating was trying to get some kind of pay back for the damage for our lawn.

I just wanted it to be over and done ...

Well, I was told that they would do the set up for me and it only took them an hour to do the move and I was still charged the full amount. And they told me that they would have the guys set up a payment system for me that never happened. My furniture was scratched and damaged and I just wanted it to be over and done with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The move went well, furniture went in went out without any problems. I did have a problem with the king size mattress. They folded it in half to carry it and it was an inner spring mattress so I thought it would go back to it's original form, but they destroyed it more or less. Inner spring mattress you can't fold apparently. It was an old mattress though so we just got a new one.

They came in disassembled some furniture for us, packed everything up pretty good. they were efficient. In the end it ended up being less than what I was quoted so that was good.

I called them and they came out within 24 hours. They did everything without any problems. They were timely and complete. Didn't have any issues with them at all. It was just a good experience.

They called the day of the move and ...

Nothing was wrong with the movers. They were fine. They told us a time that they were going to move. They called the same day and changed the time. The dispatcher had an attitude with us if we wanted to move or not. We told him he told us one time and came at another time. They actually game earlier than they said they would.

Do NOT use All My Sons

We moved out of a condo into a home. They put a hole in the hallway ceiling with a bookcase and tried to act like they didn't do it. It was 95 degrees out and these guys moved so slow that they were not even sweating. They charged me double what the original estimate was, broke a leg off of a $5000 dresser and dented the wall in our new home. Worst experience ever. I will die in the home we bought before I move again because this was such a nightmare.

They guys were nice. They were five ...

The guys were nice. The problem was the appointment was at 12 p.m. and they came at 5 p.m. I tried to calling them many times. It was unavailable or I didn't understand what happened. They called at 5 p.m. and asked if we wanted a cancellation. But after five hours, I didn't want a cancellation, I wanted to move. I sent a lot of emails, text messages and nothing.

TERRIBLE

THIS WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THESE MOVERS LOST THINGS AND BROKE MANY SENTIMENTAL ITEMS. THEY JUST THREW THE BOXES DOWN ON THE GROUND. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR NOT CARING. THEY TRAMPLED MUD ALL OVER MY NEW RUGS. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO LAY SOMETHING DOWN ALL OVER BUT ONLY DID THAT IN ONE PLACE.

Racist. Illegal activity with injured workers and retaliation against the injured is what Illinois is looking into. Hire a different company

They were in a really big rush

They were in a big rush to get everything into my apartment and I think they were not careful with my things. One of my dressers was destroyed. And while they were unloading everything ... the mover in charge wanted me to sign all the papers that said everything was delivered okay without really looking at my stuff. And I was not pleased with that.

It was a very good experience. They carried the stuff well, it was a good experience.

Actually it was a decent experience. I thought the movers did a great job. The only thing is, they broke a mirror and hid it behind a door, but other than that it's fine.

They were fine, it was quick, easy. They helped out with the truck for a couple hours, everything went fine.

They got to the house on time ... Packed everything up ... Wrapped everything ... Took beds apart, shrink wrapped everything and loaded the truck, right to the house and set everything up and they were done. I think the whole thing took about an hour or two abouts. I think the whole job was like six hours.

They weren't prepared and it cost me ...

Overall it was positive. Not great, but positive. ...The quote was lower compared to the final price. ...I assumed my mattresses would have been packed properly, not just thrown in the truck. ...The crew that arrived didn't have enough pads to cover my furniture. That's why we had to do two trips. That's what caused the extra cost.

It was what I was looking for.

They came earlier, that was good. They moved my stuff out in half an hour-couch, dining set, I had some tables. It was a lot of stuff and they moved it half an hour, so it was good.

Yeah, it was okay. And the price was very high, basically and that was fine and because I needed to move ... So it was okay.

They dropped one of my tool boxes.

It was all good until yesterday morning. When they were moving us in, I had to leave. My woman was there, when I got back, they had everything unloaded. I asked them to put some toolboxes into a back garage that I had there. When I went out to that garage yesterday morning to look at stuff, they had dropped one of my tool boxes, crushed the corner of it...and never said anything.

They were very efficient, they were very accommodating and polite. The movers were good, and they were on time. I had a good experience with them, they were perfect.

They were okay until they dropped one of my boxes and nobody told me. ... [They] broke all of my bells that were like 40 years old.

They didn't wrap my furniture and it ...

Real expensive furniture-- they didn't wrap it. And they dropped things on it, so they made big gashes on a $4,000 headboard, and want to try to give me 30 cents a pound for it when they didn't wrap it, and admitted that they didn't wrap it. ... Well, the staff actually was great until the very end when they were tired and things started getting broken.

Professional but very friendly

They came on time, they worked on time, they didn't waste time. They were very careful. They moved the stuff carefully, they didn't bang anything, they didn't scratch anything. They're good.

Good, but could have been better

It was good. Could have been a little better, yeah... One item they said they couldn't get into the bedroom, and then I had someone working at my daughter's place and they just took the door off and got it in. So, I don't know, maybe they didn't want to be bothered or maybe they were afraid they would scratch the walls or something. But that's the only problem I had.

It was good once they got here, but they were late (like an hour and a half) and I never did get a receipt ... They were very friendly but they were late.
