Terrible moving company!

With this company, the customer is always WRONG!! Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company. I made a deposit weeks in advance, and when trying to confirm when the movers would arrive, just days before, they tell me they have no record of my deposit ( which I can see went through just fine in my online banking app). Then, they will make no adjustments to their schedule to "fit us in", even though we only need them for a few hours. THEY WILL NOT EVEN REFUND MY DEPOSIT, EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR SYSTEM WHICH IS AT FAULT! Completely scam-y. Don't risk your move being messed up like mine.

Excellent Service

Review - It is professional and the goods will be delivered without any damage. It has the best quality of packing. The packing staff and the employees are a very good behavior to the customer. I will definitely recommend this company to others as these people did work very smoothly.

TONS OF DAMAGE-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER ...

DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS. They completely misrepresented themselves. Told me my home would be practically wrapped in bubble wrap and they did not protect one surface. Walls were scratched,floors scratched,handrails snapped in half. Then,to make matters worse,the packing crew did not use one single piece of packing paper. It was unreal. Things were thrown on the truck-collectibles thrown in boxes with ZERO padding. There was so much damage,I lost track. Then I filed my claim and they respond with a 190.00 offer to replace all my stuff and repair my walls,floor and handrails in my home????? Unreal. Now they won't even give me the courtesy of a response. They are sloppy,careless,and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will take your money after treating your possessions like garbage and then they will disappear.

The most unethical company ever, do ...

This company is really a wolf in sheep's clothing and the people of South Florida should beware. I hired All My Sons in July to move my entire household to another state. We needed two 26' trucks to accomplish that. Their initial presentation is professional and seems great. They are responsive and courteous albeit way more expensive than other companies. All in all my move cost me a little over $12,000. Well, one of the trucks had an accident on the way. Their truck as well as everything in it, i.e my belongings, were totaled. Initially I was repeatedly assured by their representative that this would not fall under the 60 cents per pound rule. An adjuster came out and $40,000 worth of damages was carefully documented in pictures. I guess, after consulting with their lawyers, they decided to offer me $1,700 for my trouble. What an insult! I can't think of another service industry that can operate with such impunity. Please avoid the at all cost. This is the most unethical and immoral conduct I have ever witnessed.

Great Experience

It was very good actually, they were professional, in time, nothing was damaged, it was a good experience.

It was okay, except a little more ...

Everything was okay except that budget-wise it was a little bit more expensive than what we had anticipated. I've done a couple of moves before this, so the pricing might be different elsewhere. But that was the only thing. Otherwise everything went smooth.

They were four hours late to our move.

They were due to arrive at noon but did not arrive until 4 o'clock.

Overall we had a good move.

We had a good move, it was quick, it was good. My brand new entertainment center didn't make it. I would use them again. ...They said it just collapsed, and I think the problem was maybe it had some things stacked on it.

They were very professional, getting in contact with them was very easy. They came on time ... They came prepared with everything, took a really short time ... It went smoothly. There was no problem with the delivery at all.

There were some tiny problems that ...

It was okay. They showed up a little late, but that was okay. And they did break a glass that was on a painting, but they, they are repairing it for me with no questions, no problems in that area.

It was perfect. Yea they packed it all, I didn't do a thing I watched. [The movers were] fine. Yea [they gave me a price quote and] yes [that's what I paid in the end].

All in all, everything turned out ...

They were excellent. I have no complaints at all, they were there.. they didn't get there quite on time but all in all everything turned out good. They didn't damage anything, they did a good job.

They were late and unprofessional!

I had scheduled someone for 4:30 and they showed up at 6. He was late and he didn't have the right tools to dismantle my bedroom. He was not even bothered to look in his tool set, he never had a tool set not even in his truck. so I had to get my tool set to dismantle all my things. The men who dismantled were not really professional. They just wanted to somehow unhook it, they didn't look into the logistics to see what had to be unscrewed. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 6.

I'd use them again

They didn't break anything. They were fine, there were no issues, everything went fine. It was very timely. [The pricing]was a little higher than what other people quoted me, but I was more comfortable with them. Very professional. I'd use them again.

Bad Communication

My advice is when communicating with this company you should not do it over the phone. Until after my move I was advised a fuel charge. This is something that could of been easily explained over the phone but I believe if I had all the paperwork in front of me when I set this up then I would of had no problems. I was also disappointed in how the two young men came and how they wrapped up my furniture. I was moving a one bedroom apartment and they didn't even have enough bubble wrap or wrapping cloth to secure my bedroom set, kitchen set, living room set etc. They were very nice individuals but unprepared.

Not happy with the experience

They are a very nice bunch but I wasn't very happy. The walls were all messed up. They got here three hours after the time they said first. I am not very happy. They were respectful, I can give them that, but that is all. They are good people. The three boys that are standing there - they were very nice. I think they were overworked. They stayed three hours after the time they were supposed to be. I had to go pay somebody else for that. With you guys it was great, it was awesome because I got a lot of offers right away. A lot of people called me right away, so your service is great. They were more expensive than others, but what I liked about them is that they went to my house and did the estimate. I felt more confident like that. My advice to the moving company is first to make time, if you are free at a time, be there on time.
