Horrible customer service

MATTHEW the manager has no customer service skills he shouldn't be customer facing. MATTHEW can't even pretend to care. They left a washer meant for the second floor in my foyer. They promised a call the next day to arrange for someone to mov it upstairs. This didn't happen. The following morning we called them and the manager complained the job took too long. They decided how long to estimate the job,how many people,and what size truck. Not really sure how MATTHEW's brain works,but I guess in his mind bad sales,estimating,and planning is the customer's fault. Besides that nothing was put where it was supposed to go,like furniture in the hallway,all boxes piled up in one location,and tons of wall scuffs. Don't recommend unless you like bad customer service and headaches.

All In All Very Good

I would say, it was all in all very good. The only complaint I have is that my mattress got really dirty.

These guys are great

Antonio,Hector,and Brain were great. They worked very hard and very quickly,all while taking great care of our things. They were also pretty great guys,in general. The guy I talked to in Operations (I believe),Will was very professional and helpful.

Really satisfied

It took them a little longer than they expected, but I expected that, because we had some other stuff that we were gonna do. So we took care of the difference at the end, and it was satisfactory. They were efficient. Nothing got broken. Very polite.

Very happy with them

They were on time. They called to get some clarification on directions because it was a little confusing. They were very helpful getting everything out the truck and making multiple stops. They went above and beyond, I was very happy with them.

Liars

Bunch of liars. They quote you one amount and charge you another. Broke multiple items and severely damaged furniture.

Bad move

The first part of the move went well. Movers arrived on time and packed everything up. Different story at the drop off location. They showed up 6 hours late and I had to call multiple times. When they did arrive they told me that we did not have a full unpack even though we paid for a full pack. So all of my stuff was dropped off,no unwrapping or unpacking. Stuff is everywhere and I have to now dig myself out. Terrible experience.

They were okay minus some small ...

They were okay but they put the bed and the mattress together where we can't get into ... The drawers. And they didn't put back the [thing] that goes onto the bed to hold the bed up. They didn't put those back so I have to go and get new ones.

They lost my camera. I wouldn't go ...

I lost my camera. ...I don't know if he took it or it just dropped out or what? ...It was not a happy moment when I discovered this. For all their efficiency it took away from it.

I was very happy, I didn't go with anyone else because they accommodated me very well. And if any of my friends need to move, I would definitely recommend them!

There were no questions that didn't ...

It went pretty well. They showed up and I had pretty everything packed, they just had to load up and they did a good job, nothing broke. They were a nice bunch of guys, three people came and they loaded everything up and away we went. Then they came over here and we unloaded, everything went quite smooth. There were no questions that didn't get answered. They were well spoken and I was very comfortable with choosing them.

Service exceeded our expectations

They were great. They were on time. I had both my parents and my son there, who is three years old, and they were fantastic. My dad is disabled. So just from working with disabled folks to working with children, to working with adults, they just absolutely went out of their way to be able to go ahead and be very kind and make them all part of the move. The price was very reasonable. I know it took them two full trips to go back and forth to the house because it was like a six-mile move. I think the price was like $1,300 and I have an awful lot of furniture. They did every single thing that I requested them to be able to do. We packed all of our own stuff but not one thing was damaged when it came. So how they packed everything went exceptionally well. I will absolutely recommend them to others.
