My experience with All My Sons Moving Company was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they break my 65" Samsung Smart TV and refuse proper compensation,but they also displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness throughout the entire process. They literally charged me close to $100 for the packaging material they used on TV which won’t even worth $5.00 . What made the situation even worse was their unprofessional and rude behavior. The movers displayed a complete lack of respect and seemed disinterested in providing quality service. Their demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful,which only added to my frustration. The icing on the cake was their refusal to compensate me properly for the damages they caused. Their actions and lack of accountability demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly discourage anyone from using All My Sons Moving Company. Their unprofessionalism,carelessness,and rude behavior have left me deeply disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable moving company that values professionalism,customer service,and respects your belongings

They did the job, there was slight damage to my furniture but it wasn't bad. They gave me the information to file a complaint so that was good.

It was very good. They didn't have to pack up anything because we took care of it but they loaded the truck quickly and we got moved. They didn't damage anything. it went very smoothly. My mom will be using them in May.

They were very careful with the furniture. They were quick and clean and neat. The price was a little expensive compared to other companies. But it was worth it. They were very good at what they do.

I thought they were great, they got there right on time if not a little bit early and they got everything taken out quickly, no damage and they even beat me to my destination. Just very friendly, very good. I'd give them a 10 rating.

They were great, efficient, quick, and they did a good job. They were friendly and good and safe. They moved my furniture the way I wanted. Price was competitive and in line with the other companies.

I was extremely unhappy with them.

It was twice the price I thought it would be. I was extremely unhappy about that. And they did the job by the hour and they wrapped everything they could possible wrap with the excuse that they wanted to protect it but it also made the time go really slow. Then for some reason, and I can't believe this, but every single chest or anything I had was moved upside down, so when I got my stuff it was the darnedest mess you ever saw so I am very unhappy with them. I would never under any other circumstances use them again.

They were late because of the traffic. They made up for it. They loaded the truck and I had to go to the new place. They called and got here when they said they would. Everything came in here and it was fine.

They did good job except the guy that ...

They did a good job except the guy that I talked too. The guy was the representative, he didn't specify the fuel cost. The fuel cost was too much.. They moved me a few blocks and charged me a 100-something dollars for fuel. That was outrageous. He said something about a text deal or something, I didn't know what he was talking about.

Caller Beware!

Excruciatingly rude over the phone. trying to schedule 2 moves. Almost could not get thru the 1st call and barely made it. Once i got off, i decided to call back and cancel the estimate. What a shame, it's a 2 job call, and would have led to another 2 job call in 10 months. Oh well i guess customer service is not a high priority. will never call them back again for anything! Caller Beware, Extreme rudeness!

Sent out really professional people

They sent out some real professional people. They did a great job packing, nothing was broken. The only thing was it took a little bit longer, but things like that happen.

Did a good job and got it all done ...

They showed up, we had given them an estimate on what were going to take. They had plenty of help come, they were very courteous. They moved some stuff that they normally said they don't move because it wasn't boxed the right way. We had rain and they managed to get it all done before the rain.We thought they did a pretty good job.

They did not bring the promised boxes ...

When I talked to the lady ... I asked her that we needed the packing boxes so they could just ... move ... the clothes that are on hangers over to a box. And they didn't do that. The other clothes were just bunched up in a box. They didn't hang the clothes, you know, the way we had asked them and they way she said they would do it. She also charged us for an extra man, because we had ... [a] bed and a dresser that needed to be assembled ... She said ... they come equipped with all the tools necessary for any kind of assembly ... They didn't assemble anything because one, they weren't told, they were completely surprised ... [They said] "well, we don't have the right tools." ... So [my husband] just decided to fire them.

Efficient

Efficient. I mean, there's really nothing much I can say. They were efficient and they listened to any concerns I had. The pricing was fine.

Excellent job

They were excellent, the whole crew from start to finish, from the time they got there. We had the same crew that picked us up in San Antonio and unpacked us in Corpus Christi. Their pricing was excellent, that was one of the reasons why we went with them, because nobody could beat their price. They were very professional and friendly and we would recommend them to our friends and family.

Not at all a good move

The movers wasted a lot of time talking and took six hours to do a three-hour job. I was very disappointed with their service.

Friendly movers make for a great move

I have nothing but positive things to say about this moving company. All of the guys that they sent to help me move were very friendly and they bent over backwards to make sure that every aspect of the move was done right and done exactly the way that I requested it. They arrived on time and worked the entire time they were here, and they even placed all of my things exactly where they belong when they delivered them to my new home.

All My Sons Moving was great except for the price. I was quoted that it would take about 3 hrs to move large furniture from one house to another local house and that I would have to pay an additional hour for travel and gas. When it came time to pay for the moving service, I was charged for 5 hrs of moving labor, plus an additional gas fee of $38. The movers did well moving my stuff however, I wanted all my new furniture padded prior to moving out of each room to avoid nicks and cuts in the wood and the movers said they could only pad furniture after it was moved out to the truck. Some of my furniture ended up with scratches and nicks in it because of them not padding the furniture prior to moving it out of the house.
