They were professional, they were on time and they were courteous.

Outstanding Customer Service

I had an emergency which required me to move all my furniture to a storage facility on the same day that I contacted All My Sons. They responded to the urgency of my situation and were kind,careful when moving the furniture,and efficient with their time. I would definitely use them again. Joe was the foreman for the movers and Ben was the sales manager... these are great guys who provided the best service.

Excellent Experience

The guys at all my sons are very professional,strong and intelligent in the way they move heavy equipment around. I was very impressed with them and could not have done it without them! They were on time,got the job done quicker than they told me and were very polite. Will definitely use them again the future!

Came Moved and Left

They came and moved our stuff quickly, nothing got broken, the quote was agreeable and they didn't change the price they quoted us. Overall it was a good experience

They told me an outrageous price right ...

I set it up three weeks in advance. They called me twice a week to confirming that, this, and the other. We were moving on a Monday and the Friday before, they called and said let's do the final thing. Then they started laying out all these pricing stuff. Nothing was set up besides the $100 fee. Then they started two hours minimum for this, two hours minimum for that. I told them i know where you are. I'm 15 minutes from your place of business. The place I was moving too was no further than that. Are you kidding me? That was the first time that they mentioned that. They wanted $600 and I said it's not going to happen. They should have mentioned that before the move.

It was very good up until after the move, a week or so, I wanted a copy of the receipt so I emailed them and never got any response.

It went great. It went very smoothly, we were just real pleased. The movers were courteous and fast. We did our own packing but they did wrap our furniture. We'd use them again.

The move was fine, I didn't have any issues with the crew members or with customer service, the pricing was about the same compared to other companies and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They were very quick, very thorough, very efficient. I only had one little chip missing so they did a relatively very good job. The pricing seemed fair. I would have no apprehension in recommending them. Easy to work with. Keep up the good work.

They were thorough professionals, ...

I was not informed of the things I needed to do beforehand, which I was very disappointed in, however, they were careful, and asked where each piece was going to go, they covered things well, and there were only a few little nicks and bangs that I totally expected -- I didn't expect everything to be 100% free of scratches. They were careful about loading and loading and going through doorways. The price was very surprising, and I wasn't expecting it to be that much, but I haven't moved in 40 years and didn't realize this price was standard. The movers did a great job and they were totally professional, friendly and nice to work with.

I recently moved my three bedroom within Lakeland, Tennessee. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and thorough, and this made the move so easy. I would definitely recommend their service to my family and friends.
