Dont even waste your time and money on them. Their clock begins when they reach point of service, stops when they reach their home. We land up paying for fuel surcharge. They give an estimate where packing costs are always lesser than they eventually bill for. I landed up paying USD 1385 for an initial estimate of 565 USD.I was told 4 hours clock time, they charged for 7.5 hours.Of these, 1.5 hours were for labor hours. So be ready to pay for each person's clock time. This information is not provided when signing up. Why even bother about gratuity if we are paying for it anyway. They are not kind about IKEA furniture like wardrobes, they just keep it on property/anywhere in the house but wont disassemble/reassemble it if the ceiling height is low. Alia on the phone did not mention that they quote "STANDARD FURNITURE". IKEA guys please take note -as IKEA is not standard. John the manager is NOT NICE! He hangs up the phone on you if you ask for clarification. Please be kind to yourself and save the heartache. Look for better services around.

This is the first time I dealt with this company. They are well organized, respectful, and honest. I was estimated for 7 hours and was only charged 6. They are very honest and gave me my money back for that. They were very helpful! Great communication and very persistent on timing! I could not have asked for a better experience! I would highly recommend this company from others. Their system of working and gathering information is on point and very professional!

BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM!!!

This place is highway robbery,read the reviews from other people like me! Such a scam! Someone has to start a class action lawsuit against this place.

Horrible movers a total scam they rip you off. Be careful guys their sales ppl quote less just to make you signup. You can expect the actual amount to be atleast double of hte estimate. The good reviews are all by their own people.

SCAM Alert!!!! Don't be a victim

Recently I got a quote from All Pro Moving for $391.00 for a move which was only 20 miles apart. I was told that they will be using fumigated mattress protectors for covering the mattresses. I booked their service. Since I knew that the packaging materials to be provided by the movers would be at a premium, I had already packed all my stuff in boxes except furniture. On the day of the move, movers came with a list of documents to sign. The document I initialed did not have the price of the packing material. I was ok signing the docs as I had all my stuff packed except furniture. The blanket for the furniture was priced for rent at 5$ a piece, which was acceptable for me. Moreover, I did not have an option at that time other than going by their conditions. After loading everything in the truck, the moving guy told me that the total estimate for the move would be around $1200, which was three times more than what they quoted initially. By then I sensed that it was a bait and switch and I was already trapped. I spoke to the lady at their office, who did the sales and booked their service for me. She sounded surprised to know that the amount became three times the initial amount. She said her owner would call me and deal sort out the issue. Once the movers reached the destination, they gave me a bill for $1100 with packaging material worth $501. They mentioned that they used 30 blankets to cover my furniture which was $150 and to tie the blanket around the furniture they used 32 rolls of packaging tape which was $162. They charged $85 for a TV crate, which was nothing but two pieces of cardboard on either side of the TV stuck by packaging tape( Pic Attached). The promised fumigated mattress protector was nothing but black packaging film tied around the mattresses. I was charged $80 for that(Pic Attached). They said they have used 3 linen boxes charged at $30. All my stuff were packed by me in boxes. I don't know what those boxes were for. They were not willing to unload the stuff unless I pay them. The driver called the owner then and he was very rude and threatened me that he would take everything to storage and I need to pay the storage and moving charges from the storage. In addition to that, they charged me for toll and fuel surcharge which was not initially discussed. When I checked online afterward, I understood that they have been cheating many by their bait and switch way of business fraud.

Excellent..great hardworking crew.

It was excellent. They were very very fast, very professional. Took a lot of great care with our packages and the move. They moved very quick we were done in the estimated amount of time even though we ended up moving more stuff than was expected. They're a great crew, very hardworking. The quote was lower than the other companies, but we ended up moving more stuff so the final price ended up being on par with the other companies but I was very satisfied with the price and I have already recommended them to someone.

Highly Reccomend

Highly reccomend, they are nothing short of 5 stars. After my initial call, they sent someone over to give a visual estimate and confirmed the timings for the move. Compared to other moving companies their estimate was very reasonable. My condo building required moving insurance, which they provided at no additional cost - other companies I had spoken to tried to charge me $100+. The move itself was very smooth. They arrived well in advance before the moving time, which was critical since we reserved the elevator for a specific time. Overall it was a smooth and efficient experience. I know who I'll be calling for my next move!

Best experience ever

Previous to our moving day I've been having some real anxiety over how the experience might go, taking into account all the horror stories one reads about in the internet. Four guys showed up at our door on time, bright eyed and bushy tailed. One of them, the lead guy, Ralph, went through all the particulars with us in a very business like and concise manner. After a few minutes we signed on the dotted line with some apprehension and got to work. In the weeks preceding our moving date, we had done a LOT of the packing ourselves but soon realized there was still a lot of stuff which needed to be packed and labeled. Since packing materials are extras we were concerned about mounting cost but trusted these guys would only use what was necessary. After a couple of hours I started to realize just how hard these guys work!They were focused and kept their professional attitudes throughout. I have a greater appreciation for these guys. Its back breaking work and not for the faint of heart!We would hire the same crew in a heartbeat.Long Live This Company.

Absolutely Top Notch!

I've had a lot of moving experiences ranging from horrible to decent, and I would say that these guys were absolutely Top Notch from beginning to end from the communication about COI's, promptness, professionalism, care, and the follow up afterwards. They were one of the highest quotes I received but in the end I went with the reputation and the comfort offered by their services. Im glad I chose All Pro to help us with our move.

If I could give All Pro more than 5 stars I would! These guys came 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time with their game face. The crew was excellent, hardworking and made it so easy. True professionals! I can honestly say this was the smoothest move I have ever had. I am so grateful to Jay and his crew and the whole All Pro Moving team and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
