EXCELLENT

They are an excellent company, the pricing was phenomenal hands-down by anyone. They show up on time they're prompt they're fast, they don't screw around, they move stuff quickly so they don't drag it out and you're paying by the hour so that's very important. They're very careful with what they do, I had nothing damaged; everything they took out came back the same way right off the truck. They're just excellent movers.

I actually really liked them, they called and they were very honest, they actually gave me a higher quote than some of the other people, but they were honest I felt about the timing of the move and how long they thought it was going to take, they added another hour just to be sure so they knew what the ballpark price was going to be, and I actually already recommend them to someone else. The owner actually called me after to make sure everything went smooth which I thought was really nice.

Professional crew, smooth move

The moving was very smooth. They came on time, like the time which they had said, and at the estimated time which they told me. They took around the same time from the start point till the end. They were very professional. A good thing is that none of my delicate items -- there wasn't any damage to any of my items during the move and I was happy with the whole thing. I did research before actually calling them and the price which they gave me was more attractive than what the other companies were giving me. So I just chose them. I received all the services that I requested. They basically did everything. Of course, I would recommend them if any of my friends are moving. Like I said, the crew was very professional. They came and they just started their work. Basically, they were good people. They were on-time.

Top-notch service

I liked dealing with the owner. He was very responsive. He was courteous and went out of his way to meet the schedule that I needed to have. And the young gentlemen he sent to do the move were outstanding. The pricing was very good. Packing was absolutely done to my satisfaction. I did receive all the services that I requested. I absolutely will recommend them to my friends and family.

Polite staff excellent service

Actually they were very helpful. They moved a lot more boxes than I actually thought they were gonna move, because I thought I was gonna move some more but they moved them all. Had to wait around for one elevator that is used for moving. They didn't give any problems with the other people that were moving in at the same time and tying up the elevator. They actually were very nice because the person I moved, moved into a senior high rise. There was another senior moving in at same time so elevator was kind of tied up. They waited around. They moved her. They got everything situated and placed for us. Really that was a very good situation with them - the whole thing. Because of the extent of the duration it was a little bit more pricey but actually it was a lot more reasonable than I thought it was going to be. Because what we felt was going to be two or three hours ended up being four and five hours. So that's were the extra price came in. The staff were very polite and respectful. I don't know what kind of advice. I was very happy with the move. For future customers I can say that they are very capable, and the quality was fine because they had to move some heavy furniture and didn't put a scratch on it. Compared to the people that moved my cousin into where she was moving from, they had scratched up a lot of her furniture. They didn't leave anything. Yes packing was done up to my satisfaction. They handled all that.

My experience was very good with these movers. They did everything that they said they would do. Yes, the pricing was reasonable for me . All our stuff was delivered in in safely to our destination. I don't have any advice. I feel very happy with the service they provided.

They were really good. They were on time and whatever was suggested to us was done perfectly, and they were more than willing to accommodate if we had any other than what we had actually suggested them before we made the arrangements and everything. Like if I say 10 boxes, they weren't worried if it was 11 or 12 boxes rather than 10. They were kind of no issues. The prices were reasonable. They did a pretty good job, and I would recommend them.

Perfect move as expected

I recently moved within Willoughby, Ohio. As I have a deadline to use the elevator till 11:00, the movers helped me to get the job done two minutes before the given time. They were friendly, on-time and professional too. I would say it was a perfect move.

I called around getting quotes to move a couch and ottoman that I purchased. Ed gave me the best price, and I dont mean just by a dollar or two. I told him I would be back in touch and called this am. My furniture was delivered about 6 hours later. The furniture was pristine and that was how I received it. They were very careful and quite courtous. They both introduced themselves and shook myhand when they came in and shook my hand when they left. Im an old lady, I can tell alot about a person from their handshake, These are goooooood people have no fear about them moving anything you may have. They will treat it as their own and give you a good honest deal.
