Worse Experience Ever
I intend on writing a review everyday as I want no one to go through what I did. Movers put a hole in my ceiling carrying couch out right in front of me. They assured me everything would be taken care of and in the end when I filed my claim, they said they didn't do it!! I even had pictures. My damages cost me an additional $660. out of pocket to repair damage. My truck to Florida ran 3 days late. No communication once you pay. DO NOT USE, pay the additional as with this company your going to end up paying one way or other. It has been over a year of filing claims with who they gave me as their insurance company and insurance company telling me they don't cover them, maybe they don't even have insurance. Last correspondence I was given was get a lawyer and take it to court. I do not have that kind of money, my main issue that I wanted compensated for was the damage to my home, as far as all the damage personal items they moved well that is for another day.
