They picked it up late and the driver ...

I had some troubles because they said they were going to pick up the car on Monday, but were unable to come for two or three days later. I was told the car got stuck on the highways because of a tire issue. Even when they came and picked it up, I was told 100 lbs of stuff I could keep in my truck, but when they arrived they told me I couldn't have it because it would be heavier and they started asking for more money. I really was not impressed at all

They said that is was gonna take 7-10 days and it ended up taking like 14-15 days. When I did try to call the 1-800 number that they had to contact them, nobody would answer over and over and over again. Then they even told me that it would be there on like Friday and it didn't get there until the Tuesday even after I talked to somebody, so I really was not impressed at all. Move was slightly delayed but ...

Coordination and drivers were excellent

The driver was really good, its just the beginning part who ever the lady I was contacting about the price quote. She sent me an email saying that senior citizens get a $25 discount but after I asked her she kind of hated it so and she gave me the $25 back so we had a struggle for a couple of phone calls. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD BEWARE....All State ...

This is fraud company, please be beware of this company. Issue: They sent me $500 contract and after signing this contract they bump it to $550. Seeing this I didn't signed this new contract and didn't shipped my car with them. But then also they charged me $200. One more thing, I also got at least three different price quotes from same company only agents were different. So to transport same car between same location I got different($500,$550,$650) quote. I received all the services that I requested and the crew was good, they were on-time and friendly. If I were to recommend them to friends and family, I would tell them that this is a good company. Shipped

I was very concerned about shipping a brand new car to my daughter in Las Vegas from Florida. I had never done this before and I had heard such horror stories. All States had the car picked up exactly when they said they would and it was delivered in perfect condition on the agreed upon time. Hats off, great job and highly recommended. Read more

Communication Please!

These are brokers, they make a commission and do not own the equipment. Set up shipping for a car that was being repaired in a repair shop and needed to be shipped to NJ. I told them the car would not be done until Friday afternoon and gave them credit card. They charged the credit card $150 of the $499 for a deposit. Nexrt thing I know the repair shop called me and told me the shipper wanted to pick up the car on Thursday and they would not have all of the work done. That was obviously unacceptable. I called them again and told them Friday afternoon was the agreed upon time. When the car arrivd in NJ, my stepson was told he needed $349 in CASH. He was at work and had no access to an ATM or bank anywhere near where the company is located. The driver was really nice and accomodating, but don't you think they would have mentioned this upfront?? No they took my credit card for their commision and left it at that. When I called them on the phone, I told them charge my card and you guys pay the driver, Their response was our system is not set up that way. I felt did not care about the customer only their commission. The independant driver was very nice and good guy........Do many people carry $350 cash on them these days? Would have been nice to know, luckily several people in the company pooled money and pulled it together for him....... Read more

Courteous and on-time service

I would definitely like to recommend this company which got my car delivered without any problems. The price was high but they gave me a discount. When you are moving your car cross-country, you want trustworthy people to do the job and I was able to trust them. They were honest and upfront about any charges. The most important part was that they kept me in the loop about where my car was and so on. Read more

Auto shipping company overcharged us

We were very disappointed in this company because of the way that they handled an issue we had. We had originally intended to ship a NIssan Xterra, however before the move we changed it to a Toyota Camry that needed to be shipped and they ended up still charging us for the Nissan Xterra, meaning that we had to pay extra money on top of what we were supposed to pay. They still haven't refunded our money. Read more

Recently I moved my car and the company did a good job. Their customer service constantly kept me posted with the status of my car, like for example where it was and when it would be delivered.
