Horrible Don't USE under any ...

not sure where to begin. They underbid the quote to get the sale, then the price quickly escalates without any warning or showing the customer why or how. When they arrived in LA, the guy wanted another $400 in cash cause he said the truck couldn't make it up the hill on which I live. After 1 hour of negotiation, they finally agreed to try it and there was no problem. Just a swindler and a driver! A lot of my things had damage and I am missing a valuable box. Awful company, awful customer service. Stay Away at all costs.

The moving company couldn't or ...

The woman who took the order was very nice and extremely helpful, had a couple of great suggestions about getting the insurance and it went downhill from there. Briefly, they could not figure out how to open the gate for the storage unit even though they were told by the people that ran the storage facility how to do it. It took them two days to figure out how to open the gate. The man simply could not figure out how to punch the correct button numbers into the keypad. It was that simple--took them two days. They had to bring somebody else in to figure out how to punch numbers into the keypad. Then, they couldn't find the furniture for over a week..they kept saying we're gonna have to log it all in, we won't know when we'll be able to deliver it until after we've gotten it logged in and it took them over a week for them to log it in. Then it took them several more weeks--they would not tell us when it would be delivered even though they had up to 21 days from the time of pick up but they could not tell us when it could be delivered.

Things weren't wrapped properly and ...

They loaded and took our stuff off of that truck and put it on another and we had a lot of damage. They put our outside smoker on top of a $3,000 bedroom set - stacked on top of it. Things were not wrapped properly. My husband did it, but it was not good. I wouldn't recommend them.

Respect and Damage

I spoke with several moving companies, but this one was the best in service sending me inventory sheets to help me figure out my move and following up with phone calls - BUT that's where it ended. There I sat in my apartment with everything packed and no place to even sit down -- they never showed up! Then finally I spoke with someone who said because I was a last minute schedule - they were working me in -- I HAD DEPOSITED THE MOVE ALMOST TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE! Then he said they would TRY to get me in Friday (3 days hence)...I said I couldn't do that and his reply....well, I guess we'll have to cancel the move then. So, I waited. They then gave me a delivery date for 10 days.....it was 3 weeks!! Finally, unloading the van - every box was damaged, floor lamp broken. One white box labeled 'antique hurricane lamp - glass - fragile' looked like someone crushed it from the top. It all looked like spiteful damage. I haven't opened the boxes yet - can't bear to look inside. No respect or concern for my time or my belongings. No one even spoke good English.....so very upsetting.

NEVER SHOWED UP Then Wanted $700 More ...

This company never showed up on the day of my move and then when I called, they tried to charge me over $700 more. I would NEVER recommend this mover and I don't trust them. I contracted them to handle my move and provided a thorough inventory list. I received a Binding Estimate. It was a very small move-only about 2,000 lbs. The Salesman confirmed twice that the estimate was binding and that there were no extra charges, and it was based on cubic feet, not weight. On the very day of my move May 11, 2015, no one called me or showed up. I called dispatch but they transferred me to the Manager who then demanded I pay over $700 more or they wouldn't do the move. I asked about the Binding Estimate, and he said, "That doesn't matter." I was shocked. I said no. He continued to pressure me to pay the extra $700. I said, over and over, I want to cancel the move immediately. I could no longer trust them. I immediately cancelled my credit card so they couldn't charge me. I called the Salesman to ask why this happened. He said he would call me back but never did. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. After I did that, All United's Customer Service called me to find out what happened. They never got back to me either. There has been no resolution, no apology, other than saying they used the wrong price chart. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. Canceling my move on the very day of the move was very disruptive, costly and inconvenient to say the least. I don't trust them and I would never recommend them. Don't use them. I feel like I was scammed.
