Keep away, predatory sales tactics, ...

If I could give a lower score, I would. I worked with their sales team and was provided a quote and my move was scheduled. It was easy to work with them at first. The team that came to pick up my stuff didn't speak English and got a lot wrong. They packed a lot that they shouldn't and failed to pack a lot that was supposed to go. It took them all day to pack and by the time the day was over, I was told they didn't have enough space and they'd need to come back and charge me more - the price that was originally quoted was nearly doubled. I had little choice but to agree as they already had most of my stuff packed up. They came back the following day and finished up and left, though I needed to rent a u-haul to pack everything they missed. It also took a long time to repair all the damage to the walls and floors that they caused. They never provided me the list of inventory to review the condition they had marked or what all they packed until after they had packed everything. After they left, I heard nothing for weeks. I tried texting, calling and it took a long time before I actually talked to someone. After a few days of exchanges, I was told it'd be a while because no one wanted to drive my stuff out to where I lived, so I had to wait until a driver came in from somewhere else that was willing to deliver my stuff. Finally, someone agreed, but I was told I'd need to pay another $2400 or so for them to deliver because they needed to move everything to a smaller truck. I denied that and checked with the local police and found they could deliver in the big truck - they were just trying to get more money out of me again. By the time I got my stuff it was over 30 days from the time it was picked up. At least half of the boxes unloaded were wet, smelling like mildew and/or crushed and most of the furniture was either destroyed or damaged in some way. 10% of the boxes didn't even arrive. The stuff that did arrive was poorly packed. Most of it wasn't packed in the material I paid extra for, it was just dumped in a box and not wrapped at all. Many of the boxes were only partially filled so they could charge me more. I notified the company of the missing stuff and was met with silence. It took time to unpack what was delivered. Nothing was labeled and the inventory sheet with the box numbers had no contents listed, so I had no way to have the boxes delivered to the proper spaces, so most were just left in the garage so I could unpack and put away as I got to them. Even though very little was brought into the house, they still manged to damage the floors, walls and porch. As I neared the end of unpacking, I tried contacting the company again and told them of the damage and lost stuff, they said I should have told them earlier. When I pointed out that I did, I was met with silence again. I sent an email next and was just told to file a claim. I filed a claim and over 3 months later most of the stuff was denied.
