Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
I give them zero. The were 10 hours late loading the first day with no phone calls to me to let me know why. Then when I called they kept calling me back telling me one story after another. The second day they were an hour and half late. the driver Leo stood outside my storage unit on the second day and told me it was going to cost me either $600 dollars right then (cash) or they were going to tack on another $1800 at destination. They through my dresser mirror in the bushes broken before they were to leave for Washington. Then the next thing that happened was we were on our way the night of the 23rd for our trip to Washington with my two small granddaughters and my daughter and we get a call from the owner yelling at us that we needed to give him an additional $1200 cash as the driver had left the truck in his ware house and stolen our $1200 of money orders. So we went to Chatsworth and stopped at McDonalds and called the local police. The owner of Ally arrived. He said that it had all been straightened out and that he and gotten the money orders. By the time we received our shipment we had to spent lots of money to just buy essentials to live until them arrived. We were sleeping on blowup mattresses, friends brought us blankets and sheets and towels, we purchase to cheap pans to cook and a $20 set of dishes that included glasses and silverware. A cheap alarm clock, and then a huge amount of money spent on my daughters clothes so that she could start her new position. This truck had everything we owned on it, all of the kids baby pictures, my daughters fathers ashes, my deceased sons memorial cd from his funeral. And all of our clothes as we had not brought more than three says of shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops. I have called every agency I could possibly call to make a claim against these thieves. And now I have to start all over contacting the insurance companies until we get some solution to this problem. They even threatened us once they knew the media was involved to take our whole shipment back t
