Honest?

I got a quote from several movers first, his website said he was honest and we had a good conversation so I went with this company. I had moved almost all of my boxes first, so it was just furniture for a one bedroom apartment, I explained Both were upstairs. I was told I would get a call the morning of the move to know when they would be arriving, I did not get that. I called, Chuck sounded very confused. Chuck said he would call back, he didn't, so I called him, no answer. Eventually Chuck called and told me the movers would be there within half an hour. Very unprofessional, it left me no time to get anything to eat! I had moved almost all of the boxes, so it was just furniture being moved from a one bedroom second floor to another second floor, which I was honest about to get my quote. I was Very surprised to get my bill which was almost as much as another mover charged going 50 miles and moving an entire household! I do not recommend this company. I wrote to Chuck about this over charge and heard nothing back. I have two other neighbors, one just moved, another who is moving this week, I did not recommend them. Movers were nice, but the furniture itself had dirt on it. No damage was done to it.
