Cheaper and less stress to just throw ...

A military move from Seattle to Tulsa, OK went horribly wrong. They got a weight ticket to say a 2 bedroom 900 square foot apartment was over 1200K pounds to get more money (it ended up being 7K pounds). I have so many broken items I have found and not done unpacking yet. They took apart furniture and threw away the hardware so it cannot be put back together. They left so much of my stuff behind that I had a full suitcase of stuff that could of been packed but they said it was trash (like my full checkbook that they threw away and luckily I found). Last thing that pissed me off was that they called in their friends to help them do the move because they were short staffed. One of the guys said he NEVER moved anybody in his life until my stuff. They worked on my apartment with 7000K pounds from 8am til 2 am. They were so slow and most of my stuff was broken. STAY AWAY!!! You are better off throwing your stuff in the trash and saving the money from the move because you will have to throw away your stuff anyways!!

Honesty and professionalism

I had a full-benefit move from Tampa to Chicago American Eagle was stunning! The greater part of my stuff touched base on time and with no harm. In addition to the fact that they were ready to ensure a tight transit window they could get and set up the greater part of my stuff and matched a lower price point. Incredible service and honesty! I thoroughly recommend them to any individual who is moving.

Reasonably priced, excellent service

American Eagle was able to schedule my move on extremely short notice. The three-man team showed up on time within the expected window and were able to move everything efficiently, while being careful not to damage any items. I employed American Eagle to move my condo. We planned a pickup, the group was immediate and exceptionally educated. Other than a plastic floor brush stick that got pulverized, none of our things had any harm, and the employment was conveyed a day sooner than anticipated (they disclosed to me 6 days, and it was just 5). I would recommend American Eagle to anybody moving from California.

From the moment I spoke with a rep and estimator I was more at ease. The staff are very knowledgeable, patient and know their company which put me far more at ease than other companies I spoke with. Everybody was friendly and were able to answer all of the little questions and were very patient as we accurately processed my inventory. While this process can be so stressful this company eased my concerns a great deal. I also love the upfront nature of their quoting process and billing process and the fairness with which their charge their clients. Here's hoping the moving process goes as smoothly. If the process to this point is any indication there is nothing to worry about.

I recently moved from Seattle, Washington to Austin, Texas and used the services of American Eagle. Kelly was wonderful and not only answered all my questions, but was very patient with me and my nervousness. The subcontractors that packed my stuff in Seattle were great, friendly and professional, and did a terrific job. I had absolutely NO breakage. The crew on the Austin end also did a stellar job. They delivered and unpacked what was needed, put everything back together again and hauled away the mounds of packing papers. Arrived early, delivered on time

They were early by about 20 minutes, which was actually a good thing for me. I gave them a quick tour of what needed to be done and they were very fast

Friendly and pleasant

To be honest, the move completely left us blown away. There were many companies those are not friendly and skilled. I trusted on my first instinct and I am glad hiring them. They were not rude. There was pleasant atmosphere while dealing with them. They gave me a competitive quote from where there was no way to turn away. I got an extensive experience through their professional and nice attitude as well as time consciousness. I was not reimbursed for anything because there was nothing happened to claim. Of course I will hire them again.

United Movers was a very good choice for moving help. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and all of the people I spoke to were very friendly and professional. The estimate they gave was great and affordable, and they arrived promptly. The movers were kind, quick, and careful with my belongings. Everything managed to make it in one piece through the trip from Miami to New Jersey, including all of my fragile items and expensive electronics! Everyone that I dealt with worked hard to meet my needs and were extremely polite and friendly. I will definitely be recommending this company to others in the future!

I have to start with how fairly priced United movers moving is. I had quotes from other companies but they seemed way too high considering the price this company gave me. So I hired them. They turned out to be quite great. The movers arrived on time and they were very enthusiastic. They took such great care of all my belongings. They showed up on time to begin with on such a short notice. They packed everything skillfully and then loaded them to the van. The whole thing took just over an hour to complete. The delivery was made on time and all my belongings were safe inside the van. My move from Manhattan New York to Florida couldn’t have gone any easier. They maintained the time schedules and added nothing extra to the final bill. I will definitely hire them again

Polite and Professional

I was very impressed with United Movers Group. My father was in the Navy for 25 years therefore I have experienced the best and worst companies when having to move coast to coast and cross country. United movers rates at the top of the list, with the one of the best moving experiences I have had. The packing crew was very proficient, polite, and punctual. They took great care with my furniture and other household items. The driver was able to alleviate my concerns about the transportation of my belongings. When my belongings arrived at my new home they were in the same condition and containers as when they left my previous residence. The crew that unpacked the truck was amazing. They were in and out and had cleaned up the boxes within hours.

American Eagle were efficient, professional, diligent, and friendly. I felt so guilty sitting in the backyard with my coffee while they carried everything to the truck. After delivery, they even offered to move boxes from room to room if I wanted them to. Potted plants arrived safely, furniture was padded and wrapped, and the husband was delighted with our selection of moving company. Thank you, American Eagle!

Wonderful Service

Clean, professional, on time and easy to work with. My initial phone call with Anthony sealed the deal. Once they arrived and started an actual move, I knew I made the right choice. This was my second time using a moving company and the experience was much better compare to a first where half of my stuff got damaged and/or broken. A pleasure

My move was fantastic. Everything was done very good. It was a large move from Florida to Los Angeles. All the American Eagle folks were extremely diligent and conscientious with my stuffs. I was very satisfied with the outcome. All my fragile possessions and furniture were wrapped and moved without any damage. They maneuvered my items at new flat. So the decoration was easy for me. It was the most successful move I have ever had with their experience and smooth working style. I hope from now on when I will move, they will be my only mover.

I moved my two bed room’s stuff from Florida to Atlanta. Not only American gave me a prompt and unbeaten quote but their customer service agent told all details that I might need to take in consideration. The move was extremely comfortable for me. Fantastic Job

American Eagle came on time and was ready to start right after they arrived. They made the move easy. I had some broken items and their expert helped me to fix those and the items are likely better than ever before! I owe American Eagle for this job. The guys were not only careful for my stuffs rather they were extremely alert about the walls and floors. So generally what happens, when a mover finishes works they leave behind a lot of signs of broken items or walls and here was absolutely successful. There was no damage. This was wonderful. I really like them and hope to employ again.

I was looking for the right mover who can relocate our belongings for a cross country move. We were extremely worried about whom to believe with our belongings. I started finding a good mover on internet and I picked up five companies name and called all of them. What great movers! American Eagle move me from MD to WY last Week the guys in the office did a great job by coordinate my move and the price stay the same the movers did a great work they pack all my 4 bedroom house in 5 hours and load it in 3 hours very professional ,and very quick , on delivery they have to go like 15 steps to get to my living room to bring the piano they lift it 3 guys with out no problem I was very worried about the piano but they did it with out no problem they also put all my boxes in the room. Anyways, I got very good service I’m happy with American Eagle we will recommend them to who ever need a good Movers

Outstanding Job

Super impressive, excellent moving company. I will recommend this company to everyone. For the first time I hired American Eagle for my move. I moved from Louisiana to Ohio. I wanted to relocate some stuff for my sister, she bought some products from here. So I hired a truck to deliver all her belongings. All the products were wrapped very carefully with tapes and then packed and boxed. I visited their office a number of times. It was quite nice! That is clean and secured. I paid my bill to them without any excess charge. It was my 2nd move with these guys. I have good relationships with American Eagle and want to keep in touch always. We just completed our second move with American Eagle. As I need to move for my business, I have extensive experience about moving. But I think out of all companies, American Eagle is different with their dedication and hardwork. I am very happy taking their service and they were not worried too. I highly recommend using this company! The movers were very professional and worked well with me on getting my apartment moved swiftly and safely. They are extremely careful when loading and unloading. I was so glad my TV survived this experience, as last time I moved (a different moving company) I had to buy a new TV after the experience. My service was very satisfying to say the least.

Great job

I want to thank American Eagle for their great effort to deliver my belongings from Louisiana to Michigan. The move was arranged in the last month. They fixed a date and informed us but suddenly we had to change the schedule since our new home was not ready by that time. They accommodate our new date and performed an excellent service. The delivery folks faced a problem with my couch as it was oversized for the narrow stair. Then they lifted that over and maneuvered everything where I wanted to. I am very impressed and satisfied with service and the accommodations.

The move went great. They were on time and very professional. I was impressed with how quickly they moved our belongings out of our second story apartment. They did such a good job wrapping our furniture in the blankets that none of our furniture was damaged. Moving can be very stressful, not to mention backbreaking.
