American Van Lines completely screwed us over. They moved our pickup date three separate times in two weeks, which forced us to keep extending our lease just to stay housed. Then, less than 12 hours before they were supposed to come get our stuff on the very last day of the lease, they canceled for the fourth time. Getting anyone on the phone was a nightmare. When we finally reached someone, they actually apologized because our rep, Tia Singultary, had taken a four-hour lunch. She was by far the worst representative we could have possibly been stuck with—completely unhelpful and impossible to deal with. Even after that, the other people we spoke with still refused to give us any clear answers or help.
