Very good experience, the two gentlemen showed up on time. They loaded everything up, very pleaseant. They didn't break anything or didn't damage anything. Awful Moving Company!

I wish 0 stars was an option. Stay way from this company and their owners!! This was the worst moving experience I've ever had, and I've moved many times. I moved on New Year's Eve and at 4PM was told by the movers that they weren't able to complete my move because the owners told them to quit early due to the upcoming holiday. I called and talked to Sarah, the owner's wife, who didn't care that this was being sprung on me at the last minute and that I was in a lurch. I tried to explain that I had already turned in the keys to my apartment and had to move out that day and with no advanced notice in the late afternoon of New Year's Eve it was impossible to get another truck. She hung up on me. Her husband, the owner, called back and left a voicemail calling me names and threatening me. I wish I could post the voicemail message online for everyone to hear. That would scare everyone away. They charged me over $700 for an unfinished job. The movers unloaded everything they had already loaded on their truck (which wasn't half of my big furniture) into the garage of my new place and didn't put any furniture back together. We've been working all weekend, with friends' help, to carry everything in from the garage, where it was unloaded (with our help). We had to rent a van from Home Depot ourselves on New Year's Day to finish moving our stuff. This was the absolute worst moving experience ever. Stay away! The guys who did the move were great, but the owners couldn't care less and should be ashamed for treating anyone this way! I'd rather pay a little more to another company and get a finished job and be treated with respect. Read more

They were slow.

The protected the floors and put ...

They put protection down on the hardwood floors, they put protection down on the carpet, the doorways, stairwells. ... along with anything they took apart, they put together as well. Worst moving company of the world!

I scheduled the appointment for Saturday 8:00 am to move my whole house furniture to my new residence. During booking I emphasized the need for being on time as there are back to back appointments with electricians, cleaning staff, painters etc at both the properties and the owner assured me on finishing the job well. However, on the day when nobody showed up till 11:00, I called the company several times to check but no one would pick the phone. I left at least three voice mails... finally around 1:00 pm I got a call back from the owner stating the truck is broke and he is trying to fix. I explained how this will impact all back to back appointment I have for the move. After that I kept calling every couple of hours but again the phone goes into voice mail and nobody bothered to call back. Finally around 9:00 pm the truck showed up at my place and we started moving, which went on till 4:00 am in the morning. The move was also equally terrible… we got several dings on the walls of my new house and few of the furniture were broken. After completion the owner insisted on full payment with no consideration for late arrival and all the damage. He even threatened me to call the cops if I don’t pay up full amount immediately. I was so pissed but decided to pay up and fight at a later day. These guys don’t know a thing about how to serve your customers… they should close and do something else. Read more

Real quick, it went well!

They were just real quick. Even stuff I told them not to worry about if they scratch it, they wrapped anyways because they said if their boss came he would be upset with them. They were quick, it was a pretty decent move for a Sunday or whatever it was. That was about it, it went well. Read more

Worst Moving company ever

First they did not show up at their scheduled time they were over 2 hours late. Very nonprofessional. I lost over 200.00 in food. One guy was not even a mover he came because someone didn't show up and if he would not have I wouldn't of had anyone to move me. They broke things, didn't have tools, and did not out stuff together. I had to do it. I am a single mother. Had to fight to get my cost lowered. They broke a door on my old house. Guess who has to pay for that. Owner told me he would take a check then they insisted on cash. My daughter and I moved everything but the furniture and we even moved some of that. Don't use this company poor, poor ,poor. Charged us 4 times more than they ...

They showed up to pick up the stuff from our old location. I took them around to show them everything that needed to be moved and they kept not moving things. They would say they were done and ready to go, and I would say this whole room hasn't been moved, and they would say you didn't tell us about that. I had told them about everything. Then when they drove over to the new location they didn't wait around for anybody to let them in. They decided no one was here and so they drove all of our stuff to their warehouse and unloaded it for the night, so we didn't get any of our stuff until the following evening. Very smooth and efficient

It was great, very smooth and efficient. They were straightforward, $75 an hour, so pretty much it was how much time it would take that you don't know. And that's variable with anybody. Nothing was damaged, the only feedback that I would give to somebody else if they used them would be to specify how you want your stuff packed. It was great and it was the suckiest day on the planet to move, it was raining the entire day and the guys were great, and everything worked out really well. It was the only company that gave me a set hourly rate, and I didn't have any issues with customer service or the crew members they were great. I would recommend them to friends and family. Cancelled on me last minute

Not at all happy with their service

It was a nightmare. They told me that they would take all my stuff and it wouldn't take no more than four hours. They didn't take all my stuff and it took them over eight hours to move me. They would take break after break after break. I was not happy with them at all. It does not take two hours to drive from where I moved to from where I moved from. It only takes 30 minutes, 40 max if you get caught in traffic. And what they did - they went all the way through downtown instead of taking the outer belt. They went all through town where they were doing construction and they know that construction was going on and that was right around rush hour. I wouldn't have them move my worst enemy. Read more

Indeed the best service

Very nice, I would recommend them. They are communicative and fast. Not all services I have received but I was okay with it. They did a good job. Packing was the one thing that they didn't do. They didn't wrap the furniture with plastic, dressers and that kind of thing. They did do a good job even without that. The crew members behavior was perfect. They were on time and friendly. I am happy with their excellent ...

My moving experience was very good. The both guys were very good. Whatever they did they did a good job, they were patient, they did a very move. I am very happy. The prices were very economical. They were very good. I in fact had another company so first who I confirmed it was All My Sons of Columbus. I initially confirmed with them but some how miss communication with them and so it didn't work out at the last-minute and had to cancel them and went ahead, Both the guys were very good. Movers were great; estimate was ...

The movers were great. However, the owner came out and completely underestimated our costs by @ least $400.00. I even suggested to the owner that we may need more than 2 movers. The truck was too small so we has to pay for labor for 2 trips when we could have used a bigger truck, thus paying less. Definitely felt taken although the actual movers were great! The owner dropped the ball on estimated move time, necessary manpower, and truck size....the reason I had him come to my home was to give me a close estimate! Read more
