Do Not Use This Company

Do not use this company!!! They charged me 6K to move to Atlanta and they cost me $10,000 worth of damaged belongings. Everything I owned has been damaged. All dishes, glasses, furniture has been damaged in some form. Check out the pictures I posted and don't let them move you!

OVERBILLED, BROKEN AND MISSING ITEMS, ...

ON MY GOD WHAT A SHAM AND SCAM. IF YOU LOVE TO BE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND I SUGGEST YOU BOOK AND GET DIRECTLY ON A TREADMILL CAUSE THESE GUYS COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOU, YOUR MOVE OR YOUR SITUATION. My wife had surgery and was diagnosed with cancer and with even that information (once they had our belongings in their possession) could careless. They waited 21 days from the first available delivery date that 31 days to get our stuff from them. The final day before the DOT can fine them. Three dates they would be in the area and call

Surprise cost and no response for AD ...

We initially liked the appeal of this company but don't be fooled by the pretty prices and customer service. We were moving for the military and were estimated at 1600 to move cross country but less than 24 hours before our items were delivered we were informed that there was an overload fee costing 1800 and if we did not pay this price our items would not be delivered until it was paid. Unfortunately, needing all of our stuff was a priority(uniforms, computers, etc)so we paid, informing the company that we would be making a formal complaint. They(the manager) said they would keep in touch and have failed to do so. And anytime we try to reach out for our issue we are devoid of any responses. We have filed with the Better Business Bureau and Americas choice has FAILED to respond to the BBB and their multiple efforts to get in contact. All of this is on top of the damaged goods we received at an estimated $500 worth of damages. AVOID this company at all costs. Original Sales rep: Lisa Wagner, Manager: Dave (didnt get last name.)

Great customer care and amazing movers

I hired America’s choice moving and storage two months back for my move without really knowing much about them. But they turned out to be quite outstanding. First of all, their customer service was absolutely fantastic, very thorough and genuine. They gave me a very good quote and as I was in a rush they sent their men right away. The movers also really impressed me. They were very capable of packing and carrying my big pieces of furniture out of my house and into their vans. The delivery of my valuables was done on time and I am very thankful to this company for being so productive.

Nothing to fear

I was going absolutely crazy having to deal with so many tasks before moving to Madison, WI from Van Nuys, CA. I just had to hire a moving company to share the load and they entered the scene. Thank god for the good people from America’s choice moving. They made my move so easy! The movers were very capable and friendly. They packed up my whole apartment so fast. They were very efficient too. They were carrying big pieces of furniture while cracking jokes. Never did I see such friendly and apt movers in my life. They really were the break I needed while dealing with the stress of relocation. All my stuffs were delivered safely to Wisconsin. They did me such a huge favor.

RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY FROM THIS ...

THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!! this company should not even be in business... They have noooo clue what customer service is and does not care one bit about the customers, just taking your money. It took over a month to finally receive my belongings and not only do I have a whole lot of damaged items I also have several missing items. I have full boxes of stuff and furniture that is just missing all together and the insurance wants to only pay $12 for a while missing box and won't do anything with everything else as I do not have original purchase receipts... Really, you lost or stole my items and expect me to have every receipt from every item I have purchased in my life?? How about antiques that were past down generations, there is no receipt for them. They do not care one bit that my stuff is missing and damaged. You have to keep calling or emailing them several times before getting a response just to push you off. I will never use this company or anyone affiliated with this horrible company ever again. It's hard to trust a company that moves your belongings across the states and this one is careless with your stuff. They also were trying to give me other people's belongings that were in my lot, no telling how many people out there are missing their stuff. I received someone else's bed rails, not mine, so my bed set and someone else out in this worlds bed set is usless. I can't stress enough how bad this company is .... Do NOT use this company unless you want to have missing, stolen and broken items. Then after I finally settled to just be done with this horrible company they had the audacity to ask me to remove my negative feed back and they would give me a little more money ... Now I see where all there bad reviews are dispersing to, they are paying people to remove them.

Quite an easy relocation

I couldn’t wait to leave Van Nuys, CA to go live in Richmond, VA. I hired America’s choice moving and storage solely because of their reputation in the market. They were fabulous. It was so easy getting a quote. The movers arrived early on day 01 to finish packing. The next day they came early in the morning and loaded everything to the van. Two separate crews worked but both crews were very efficient. They delivered all my valuables on time and in good condition. I had to do nothing and I was so happy about that.

Honored to be served

It was such an honor to get the service of America’s choice moving. Ask me why. They are the ultimate movers I have seen in my entire life. Their each of the crews had the level of knowledge that is required for a smooth relocation. They managed to pack each and everything without any trouble and loaded those in the truck without any hassles. Then the journey to Denver started. They arrived at my new place before the quoted time, unloaded everything and set them up. Great to be served by such true service provider.

Very efficient

I hired America’s choice moving for my relocation to Denver. I found them quite active and effective in terms of work and attitude. They sent me a very acceptable proposal within one day of my call. The crews came to do it were very knowledgeable and skilled I must say. They didn’t let any scratch or spot take place in any of my stuffs. The transportation was swift to take it quite early. In this manner I found them very cost effective and very efficient. America’s choice moving was a good choice.

Stress free

These guys did a great job. Price wise they were reasonable. They were great with communication and very friendly. They called me the day before to confirm everything and gave me a 2 hour window. Day of the movers called 20 minutes out and arrived in 10 minutes. All movers spoke English and were courteous and very nice. Everything went off very well. America’s choice moving was quick and didn't juice the time as well.

Great professionals

Their punctuality was the best part of their service. I believe I am not the only admirer of that. They reply every query and every order on time. Their team reached on time and moved all the things on time with no hassle and no extra noise. They transported on time and reached my new residence just on time again. This thing was noticed by all my family members and especially my wife mentioned it several times. Good practice by America’s choice moving, I must say.

Helpful

Hiring America’s choice moving was such a relief for me that I can’t explain. Basically I am a kind of lazy person that you will know after seeing the size of my review. America’s choice moving did everything for this lazy person that needed to relocate from California to Montana. Thanks a lot guys for such favor. Love you guys.

We used them and got the best service

We used America’s choice moving last month. Their foreman Eric and his helpers helped us moving from CA to CO. They came on time. They were helpful and friendly. Eric put the king bed together for us and Leo even dealt with my little demanding kids. They moved everything including some trash. Over all, we were happy with America’s choice moving.

Great!

Mark, Leo and Henry showed up in a larger than expected truck and we're ready to help. They were quick, efficient and very polite. Truly they know how to handle driving through the San Jose streets. We trusted them to leave to run errands while they unloaded and we're done by the time we arrived back. These guys worked very hard! Good experience overall. Lisa was also very helpful with scheduling and making our quote. In other words America’s choice moving and storage earned my recommendation.

My moving experience

A friend of mine recommended America’s choice moving and I couldn't be happier that he did. Mark and his fellow movers showed up and did a marvelous job! They were careful with my things, moved fast and were all very friendly. They moved me into a third floor flat at a really affordable price. I couldn't believe how much they could carry up all those stairs (and so quickly)! I highly recommend them - I know I'll be using them whenever I move again!

I have full faith on them

Crews led by Mark provided an excellent service, from the delivery of packing materials, the move itself and till the final item was unpacked. Very easy to contact to discuss the plan and to get information of the move! They were flexible when they couldn’t move-in our huge fridge through the narrow front door of the new property; they had to move it to another address. Price for the move didn’t cross my budget! They let us relaxed during the move and assured us that everything will be perfect. There wasn’t any problem and I can recommend America’s choice moving with 100% confident!

Really extraordinary service! I would be very happy to recommend America’s choice moving to anyone looking for a reliable company with top class service. All the staffs were very helpful and courteous from the first contact through to the last item being safely delivered into my new house at Denver, CO. They were a pleasure to work with and very efficient. I wish every success for the staffs involved in my move and would certainly use them again in my next move. I must mention the price was very much affordable and less than the other quotes I received.

Perfection achieved

We had to travel a great distance from CA to MS and we were very worried about our belongings. It was hard to find a good company within our budget. But finally we found America’s choice moving. Rachel asked for a very decent amount and also accommodated all our demands, never asked for advance payment and assigned the best possible crew. Everything from packing till moving the last box to the end went according to the plan and within the allotted time and the final cost was very close to the estimated amount. What else?

Fantastic! So glad I found America’s choice moving to help us move into our apartment in Miami, FL. These guys move like the wind, but are extremely careful in the process. You also get the bonus of having a laugh with these guys during the proceedings - which always makes for a good afternoon in my book. Definitely worth the money and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I used American choice moving for a move from CA to TX and I am really very happy for the first time because I did hire other movers before but none were perfect. However I got a very professional move and within a very short span of time and the price was quite reasonable. So, I can say that I got a very good deal from them and I hope that they would continue the good work.

Extremely impressed

These guys brought all the necessary equipment and packed my furniture nicely and carefully. They did a great job. The quote was much lower than any other companies so I was apprehensive but they exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived to pick up my belongings to delivery, the communication and customer service I received was amazing! I would definitely use America’s choice movingif I need to relocate again!

The best thing about the guys at America’s choice moving is that that they bring a positive attitude. There was no drama in making multiple trips. No extra charges. They gladly take any challenge

We moved from a small house to a larger one. Large wardrobe and other heavy items needed to move from the top floor, which was very challenging, but they were very expert and their “can do” attitude made them special than the others. After a poor moving service at our last house move, we were careful to choose a moving company this time. America’s choice moving provided an exceptional service. They worked incredibly hard, were very friendly and professional and made the whole experience less stressful. We received all our possession in good shape, not a single scratch on the furniture. They did good enough

America’s choice moving helped me and my family move from Van Nuys, CA to San Antonio, TX. We had to do the move clearly a high-stress situation, but America’s choice moving took the hassle out of it. They carefully and professionally did the packing and loaded our stuffs and it arrived in TX in the same condition. They were also very helpful while unloading and placing my belongings where we want those in the new house. They well protected the floor and was clever enough to avoid any starch on the walls and the furniture. We are very pleased with the service we got and highly recommend them.

I am more than just impressed with the quality of service provided by America’s Choice Moving. Their sales rep Rachel offered me a customized package and the estimated cost was well within my budget. I had to change the moving date but they did not ask for any extra payment for the change and willingly accommodated the changes in the schedule. The packing and loading was done with great ease and the delivery was made before the allotted time. after going through the inventory, we did not get a chance to complain, which was great. And in the end we paid an amount which never had any hidden or unwanted costs. So, well done America’s Choice Moving. Keep it up.

Efficient

America’s choice moving saved my life! They are the best. I was put in a stressful situation when the movers I had hired did not show up. I called America’s choice moving for a last minute move and they scheduled me immediately. I worked with three movers and Eric was the one in charge. The guys did a great job. They brought huge boxes and wrapped all my furniture safely. They were fast, kind, courteous and highly skilled. Their rates were really competitive and at the end I did not have to pay anything extra. The level of customer service was really high. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants quality and great customer service!

Good Move

I really think this company did a very good job. I was shocked they quoted me a very low price when I thought it should have been much higher. However the final cost was still very low for the distance. The great news the got from Southern California to me in Virginia Beach Virginia in 6 days. I kid you not and the service was excellent.
