Unexpected unprofessional termination ...

AMS owner showed up for 2 hours on 2 days, then disappeared for two weeks without notice. Did not respond to phone calls or text messages to her office. When she finally called she said she couldn't handle the job as she had to many other clients. She referred me elsewhere to a person who may have never done this kind of work before. The move turned into a total disaster. I had to call and text her again several times to ask her to refunds the money that was in excess of the work she had done. When she did finally after a few months send me a check it was over $250 short of what she owed me. I don't know if anyone else has had the terrible experience that I had with her but I wouldn't recommend her if my life depended on it. I don't understand how she could maintain a business if she treats other clients the same way as she did me.
