I just graduated and moved for the first time. I was happy with how easy Apex Moving and Storage made everything. I got an estimate in advance,which turned out to be the actual price. I heard that that doesn't always happen. My things arrived in great shape and nothing was lost. I think that makes a mover one that is highly recommendable.

I had a good experience with Apex Moving and Storage. We were quoted a REALLY good price to move from GA to AL and everything arrived undamaged. They were on time and very honest. Also,they were very friendly.

Like their name says,Apex is the top! Top notch everything with this company. They are the nicest people one could ask for! The price was VERY reasonable,but the reliability is what matters the most. We moved with some pretty tight time schedules and they made it happen. They take care of your stuff too! I'd use them again.

My wife and I recently retired and moved to a smaller place. We have moved a few times over the years and were worried about the process. We used Apex Moving and storage as our movers and were very happy with them. They gave us a detailed breakdown of the price and what they were charging us for as well as tips to make our move go more easily and efficiently. They were very clean and fair priced. we would use them again!

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They bait you with a low price, then when they come to pick up your stuff act like it’s way more than you were quoted for, even when you verify the amount ahead of time. On top of that, they tell you it’ll take a week to move your items, and it ended up being over a month. You end up paying more than you would’ve with any other company, plus it takes forever to get to you. Shady outsourcing, I’m surprised we even got our stuff at the end (even though they lost some of our wall art). I really hope this company gets busted for scamming people

I was very impressed with apex- The company is very professional and provides outstanding customer service. This is the first time we have used professional movers and I honestly; I don't think we will ever move ourselves again!

Very Helpful

I know I will be moving again sometime in the future and I will be keen to keep my ideal relocation company that served me well when I was in need of these services. They were readily available for me and with their useful help, it was possible to transfer too safely to Wisconsin. I love them for that. Double the price and time

This moving company not only took over 2 months to deliver my items when they guaranteed it would come in 1-5 weeks but the quoted amount- where I had literally itemized every single thing that I had was less than half of what the amount ended up being. They also did not pick up in the specified pickup window. Not only did it take two+ months to get my items but many items was broken due to horrible packing. The mover threw a tv on top of a lamp in a box- neither were wrapped and naturally the entire lamp was shattered at arrival among other things like cracks in dressers,a cracked fan etc. I also was not even sure if my items would ever arrive as the customer service is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful,I had to call at least 5 times before even getting a hold of anyone to tell me they had no update on my job and could not even tell me if it had left my initial location yet or where my stuff was. Definitely would not recommend these movers.

I've used apex Movers three times to move my family and twice to move my business. I trust this company immensely. I always recommend them to my friends. Hopefully we won't move again but if we do, I'll call this company.

We could not have been more pleased with our move this past Monday, september 23, 2018. We moved from Northville to Chesterfield Township. It was a very hot, muggy long day. Joe, Mike and Jesse were pleasant and respectful of our belongings. They showed up on time with a large truck and never stopped until it was done. They did everything we asked and more and the price was very reasonable. Nettie in the office is a pleasure to work with. Thanks apex. We are huge fans!

The best movers I've ever worked with! John, Carlos and Lexus showed up on time and took care of all my items. They were respectful, professional and courteous. They worked hard and got the job done quickly on both ends! I hope I don't have to move for a while (because moving outright sucks!) but if I do, I would hire them again!

They called to confirm the drop off and pick up. They were on time, clean and friendly. I highly recommend this company. I called around for pricing and this company was very reasonable. They also have very nice delivery trucks and were in uniform when they showed up.

Very professional but used materials ...

The guys were great but I felt the cost was way too high, especially after they would undo furniture that didn't need to be and then charged for the extra time it took to put it back together again. Be careful of those add-ones!

Best moving experience ever! My move was on the smaller side (15-20 boxes) but still difficult to rent a UHaul and do myself. Enter Apex. They were extremely responsive, trustworthy and professional.
