Unprofessional and disappointed

Speaking with Apollo they sell you on their customer service, the problem is they outsource to contractors that were far less professional. I didn't receive 48 hour call before pickup or delivery, they showed up at 11pm when I was told the day before eta was 10-12 that morning. They didn't finish moving out the house until after 2 am with my husband helping them the entire time, they turn around and charge an additional $825 for 32 boxes, yet added additional $175 without explanation. Our armoire is cracked and now unusable ($0.60 per pound is what I will be reimbursed for damage) AND the mover took my phone #, and texted me hitting on me after my husband helped do his job for him. I contacted Apollo 2x and have received an official we are sorry but there's nothing we can do about it contact the contactor, here is an email.
