AutoStar Transport Express made transporting my car from the northwest USA to the Caribbean a breeze! The pick up was super easy,the car was thoroughly inspected and pictures were taken to make sure no damages were done. All I had to do was meet up with the transporter and that was it! The arrival was way faster than I expected as well,took around 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking to transport their car.

2nd experience with Autostar

This was my 2nd time transporting my vehicle(s) with AutoStar and this time it was a further journey which created a little more anxiety. The driver transporting my vehicles delivered on time and within the time frame he had given me. I was pleased with the service and would highly recommend because of the reliability from both of my experiences with AutoStar Transport Express.

AutoStar Transport Express was nothing short of superb. Their communication was top notch from pre-pickup all the way until post-pickup. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Of all of the transport services, AutoStar was the most communicative and professional making this process so much easier. The car was delivered at the times that were stated and was in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Worst Company

DO NOT USE AUTOSTAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS. If there was a negative star they will be the first to receive one. This is the worst shipping company, I do not know how they call themselves a 5star shipping company. They should be called a Zero star shipping company. All they are capable of is lies, from management (Mark Dugger and Yasmine) to associate (Carlos and Alan Iberlucea) are a bunch of lies. My experience with AutoStar has been a big nightmare. In November I talk to Alan Iberlucea for my car to be ship in December after I place the order and paid $1128.75 in full Alan was no longer available to speak with me. They arrange to pick up my car on December 26 and two days before the pickup, I get a call from Carlos saying the driver that was to pick up my car had a breakdown and he will find someone to pick up my car by the ending of the day (24 December). Till today (January 2) my car has not been pickup nor was I given any options. I even offer to pay more so they can expedite the process and they still failed me. This company inconveniences me in the worst possible time. I am locating to a different state in 2 days and I have to look for a different company to ship my car which means I will not have my car by the designated time. Now I will have to pay more to ship my car or drive 36 hours from MD to NV. As of now, I am fighting with them to get my money back and they claim to have a guaranty refund if they cannot ship your car. AutoStar Transport Express is the one last company you want to relies on they will disappoint you and stress you out. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend this company.
