Unhappy!

2 months to deliver (reloaded from truck to warehouse to truck then to another truck). 4 drawer double-wide file cabinet dropped off of truck to blacktop. 4 boxes of clothing/shoes/boots missing. Wood conference table with folding legs missing. Plywood base for my twin bed missing. The website they gave me for filing claims hasn't worked for 3 straight days and they won't deal with you directly for claims. I've moved long distance several times for career reasons and this time it was terrible! I absolutely recommend against!!!

It was an unpleasant experience

They raised the price of the moving astronomically. Originally it was estimated at $4,500 and then they tried to raise it to $6,500. Whenever I tried to disagree with them on the price they got pretty hostile. I called and I would ask and the person who gave me the quote was never available. It was just a circus act. As soon as they booked you, then you weren't able to speak with that representative again. They were scheduled to come one day and they ended up not coming until the following morning. It was an unpleasant experience.

WORST MOVERS EVER

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY This company is based on LIES. 1)They extorted me for over 110% of my estimate. 2) they were VERY late on the deliver and never offered explanation or called to say they were late 3) the broke MANY of my items labeled fragile 4) they lost valuable items 5) when they FOUND said items they still have not returned them despite emailing evidence they were in their warehouse 6) they NEVER reply to phone calls or emails 7) everytime I have made contact with them they LIE save yourself the time, heartache and thousands of dollars. USE A DIFFERENT MOVER! learn my mistakes ;)
