I'm pretty happy with it

It was good. I'm pretty happy with it. Their representative basically walked me through their pricing. She was easy to get a hold of. They only hitch for us was payment. We had discussed paying by PayPal and I told the driver that we'd be paying by PayPal, but when the driver got to the delivery site, he asked for cash on delivery. The movers were unprepared and I was ...

First of all the salesman when he gave me a quote of three guys and a truck, four hours at $130 per hour which would be $530 and then I paid another $40 to get the pads and stuff. Also I was supposed to have a 26 foot truck, The guys showed up with a 16 foot truck and no pads whatsoever. I had to drag out my blankets and stuff for them to wrap my stuff. They had nothing to pad furniture with. I knew you were supposed to supply tape (which I did) they used up all of my tape and I thought they wasted all of my tape so I would have to buy their tape at $9 a roll which is ridiculous. Tape does not cost $9. So I was not very happy. And in the end just to get them to move all my stuff I ended up having to pay $650 which was quite a bit more than I was originally quoted. That salesman lied to me just to get the sale and I was charged more. The guys that came worked really hard and they did a fairly decent job but I was mislead from the very beginning. Amazing

They were extremely quick, efficient. That was the fastest move and the easiest I've ever had. They were the cheapest also. They were perfect, they were quick, they brought an extra person with in case I wanted to get it done faster, which I did. So we were good, it was only like $10 an hour more. Charged way too much for packing ...

They said $65 an hour but when they showed up they said all the packing was extra and they ended up charging me like $300 in packing materials for this tiny little one-bedroom. It just cost way more than I thought it was going to. It was supposed to be $65 an hour just for two men per hour, and then they charged me for packing and put wrapping and tons of tape on every single item and it just seems like they were padding their check. One of the guys who showed up was one of the owners of the company, one of the higher people and he basically said it's too late to do anything about it. Read more

Excellent job

They were prompt and their pricing was reasonable compared to other companies. My advice to future customers would be that I highly recommend them and I would hire them again. Packing and wrapping was okay and they took care of my belongings without any damage, and the customer service was fantastic as well. Read more

Professional and courteous service

The guys were very hardworking. Even though they were like on the clock, you didn't get the feeling that they were working slowly. That was a big plus point for me. They were very courteous, they were very professional and they were very careful in the way they moved my stuff. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Price was absolutely reasonable and packing was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them. Initially they had difficulty with the date but fortunately for me it wasn't that critical. It was okay. I mean, the move was smooth. I got surprised by the charges of packing materials which even cost more than the move itself, but everything went smoothly though. Terrible experience

Horrible moving experience. First of all, they came three hours late. Secondly, they wanted cash. When they came here they quoted something else and they charged me three times more than what they quoted. When I told them I didn't have cash because I didn't expect them to ask for cash. He was arguing with me. And, the damage done after that which they still haven't done anything about. I filed a claim. The company hasn't gotten back to me yet. Except for the price everything else ...

Good. I mean they did a great job and everything. I didn't had an issue with them at all. No the price wasn't reasonable. It was more than what they quoted me first. They didn't mention anything about double until actually when they were there at the place. They didn't mention the double but when they gave me the quote over the email address, it showed like $260 something and it was added like another $100, what I was expecting. I was not satisfied with the price that the company quoted. Apart from this everything was okay. No there were no damages. For their customer service I can say maybe try to mention more the double thing - they charged double that price because that is what they didn't explain it to me. They just mainly said it would be automatically three hours which I knew but they didn't mention anything about double. So when you stand $69 it is double twice that amount. The movers did everything efficiently. I like the their packing, using the special equipment for packing and doing their work in a short span of time. They were friendly and they were swift in doing their job. But my only concern is that they charged a high price for wrapping material. The cost of the material is more than the actual move.
