Excellent Experience, Would Reccommend

Overall excellent experience. BD Movers were able to accommodate our last minute request for help loading a storage container. Without a doubt best price around. Movers showed up exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and treated all our belongings with utmost care and respect. Thank you so much for helping make a stressful day that much easier!

Although the move went well until a high school aged mover dropped a heavy Queen sized head board on our new hardwood floor and the repair promised was never done. Michael the supervisor came over and inspected the damage to to the floor and said that it would probably cost $500.00 to repair. He gave my wife the phone # of a flooring guy who never returned her call. She then tried calling the supervisor to let him know we never received a return call from the flooring guy. He has not returned her call so I tried calling and he has not returned a call, I've left over 50 calls to the company. I don't care about the floor anymore but I care he disrespected my wife, Michael is a lying con man..........karma will take care of him and his moving company........
