Don't use it!
Let me start saying that this is the worst moving experience ever! My blood pressure goes up every time I think about this (particularly since my stuff is not even here yet!) I shipped ~5 cubic meters of stuff from Los Angeles, USA, to Munich, Germany. When the staff first came and inspected all my things, they managed to forget to include all the big items, including my couch, a bookcase, a bike and two cupboards. Only on my moving day did they tell me about it. It was way too late to change to a different moving company so I had to pay a lot of additional fees. It was very hard to get hold off them once they took my stuff. Nobody ever picked up the phone and I had to rely on email, which often did not (and still do not!) give very helpful information. What’s worse, they promised me that the entire moving would take 4-6 weeks. As of today, it has been FOUR MONTHS and I still have not seen any of my stuff! Whenever I email them, they would give a different reason and they were never clear as to where my shipment was. Also, there are additional charges that were never mentioned in the contract. When my shipment finally arrived to the UK, my stuff was “lucky” enough to be selected to go through some "special screening" and an additional ~100 pounds was charged. They will not release my shipment before receiving payment. They are now requesting another ~100 pounds for moving it into my apartment in Munich. I live on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Even in the contract, it says “door-to-door” service, but their official reason (from the UK counterpart) is that "I have been informed by the origin agent that you are liable for the additional fees, the account will need to be settled prior to delivery for the delivery to go ahead.” I have no idea how long it will take to resolve this. Again, if you are moving, definitely avoid this company!!!
