This company was awful. They not only overcharged us they broke many items and did not deliver our belongings when they were scheduled to. Unprofessional, Ripoff
I had a bad experience with Ben Express Movers (Sunrise, FL), I tryed to saved money and accepted their service for $300 less that the other companies. An the end I ended paying more. The drivers tryed to deliver my stuff at 10 pm on a Thursday (14 days after the promissed day). He got to the front of the complex saying that he could not enter his 8 wheeler truck. Which was not true, he need to drive to another entrance (truck entrance). Since it was not delivered, I was asked to pay extra $500 for re-deliver it (2 days later by another local company). Beside that, my curio was broke, 2 boxes were missing, I informed them inmmediatelly via email and phone call. After 2 weeks they said that I did not pay for "extra insurance" that was never offered to me. And the only thing I can do is to wait until the other boxes are found in any other "warehouse". They only pay $60 for the repair of the curio.... without any estimates. And in top of that they were very rude, unprofesional not willing to help you. Very different before when they were looking for their money. The original salesperson (Mike) was not attending my phone calls. Not recomend this company to anyone. Which their business license could be suspended or revoke.

Beware
My total was $4800 more than the estimate, it has been 3 weeks and I have still not received my goods. On July 19th they will have breached their own contract, that States that they have 21 days to deliver. Looking forward to see how that works out. Never book these guys to do your move. They are a rude, unprofessional, second rate moving company, that treats custmers as trash.
